My grandsons first visit ❣️We all had fun overall! I was happy that the tokens i bought about 2 years ago still worked.We lost a few on one game that wasn't working (basketball).Didn't bother to ask to be reimbursed ☺️
10am -> noon, April 16th ‐‐ attended the joint birthday party of 9yo & 3yo cousins.A great time was had by all.Our assigned attendant was very personable and attentive.Suggestion: The door attendant could be more cheerful to set the stage for an enjoyable visit.
The employees are not children friendly !! One lady stood out more than others “short blonde hair” absolutely no people skills !! Poor eye contact and never smiled. She barks orders to the kids and when my granddaughter asked what she could get with her tickets, the lady replied “pay attention” 1st and 2nd row. I suggested to the lady that perhaps she needs to learn to speak and smiling would help her as well. Upon arriving was our first clue ! She wasn’t friendly . I’m in the service industry as well and I suggest all your employees at this location receive some social skills training. An environment that is made for children should also have employees that smile and make people feel like this is a happy place. It was my granddaughters birthday and her mother is in the hospital and couldn’t make it. These rude people don’t have any idea what children might be going through and it’s there job and the very minimum to smile and make eye contact !!
Celebrated my baby's birthday, I love thT itsvery clean and less cluttered and not so crowded. Some of the staff are great. Not all, so just fo and they for yourself.
Always a fun stop. I think this one won. It has most of his favorites and some games we've never seen. He is always re-impressed by the giraffe, it is pretty great.
Cast members and manager are not well informed about Birthday party information. The Birthday party hotline representatives can be very rude. CEC is not cheap, customer service should be equivalent.
Chuck E.Cheese prices have skyrocketed and their quality of food has decreased. They have removed items from salad bar. However, went up on price. Not to mention, they now charge $14.99 for 6 pre cooked wings that they just warm up. It use to be a cost effective fun place for families to spend time together with their kids, not anymore. Pizza actually tastes good here now. Upped their food game for sure, and it's always a blast for the kids.

My kids never get tired of this place, we have so much fun. Chucky cheese has been around since I was a kid and they are still here bringing joy to kids. Thanks guys
