Went there today! Never again! I get a bowl with chicken. First of all the guy barely put any chicken on there. I ask for more then he says it’s extra. When I say okay, I want EXTRA, you get more than you do when you first ask then they want to charge an extra $3.00. Do it right the first time and I don’t have to ask for extra! Lastly, how you going to get an attitude about my food!!
This chipotle is a hit or miss. I go here pretty often as it is close to my house. Sometimes they are good, others they aren’t. I always order through the app. Pick up is always a pain seeing how they have it set up to put the orders on a shelf, but the no longer use it so you have to go to the register. It’s always congested as you have people getting there foos there and you are trying to get your food. Half the time the chips are stale and they skimp pretty good on meat. I always get chicken and there was very little of it in my last bowl. Also paid almost 5 bucks for stale chips and have a container of queso. Hopefully they will get better sooner or later but I’m thinking of taking my chances at a different location for a while. Stale chips, low portions, sloppy delivery is unacceptable for 15 bucks worth of food.
First time at a Chipotle. Had a salad with Carnitas. Really tasty and fresh. If there's a next time, I'll know better how to navigate the order.building process. Their pricing seems competitive, but you get sticker shock everywhere you go today. The experience was enjoyable.
Bad attitude, and when I asked for more she said it’s an extra charge . Of course it is , it’s chipotle. I’ve been here like literally so many times ,Plus their rude , I’m 3 months pregnant and just trying to have a full meal. I’m pretty sure any pregnant lady understands those terms lol , simply I don’t care to pay extra . If I ask for more can we just do that instead of being rude ? Just saying
At this location, you can order 3 hours in advance, and they'll still have your order ready 10-45 minutes late. Sometimes it's for an understandable reason like a flood of delivery orders or short staffing, but it also happens during slow times with plenty of staff. Plus the portioning here is wildly inconsistent. I'd go to the Murphy location except for all the traffic around there.
The WORST customer service I’ve ever had at a chipotle. I ordered steak tacos and one of them literally only have 3 pieces of steak on it and I politely asked they match it with the rest and the young girl there was so rude and said I would have to pay extra for all three even if I just wanted it for one. I told her I would pay for it and she still reluctantly gave it to me. They were not busy and it was not during a peak hour so there was no excuse for her behavior. Quality of food and service is severely lacking here.
This is honestly one of the best chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone to different chipotles In Arlington, Mesquite, and Dallas, but this one is my favorite. The food is always fresh! And the customer service is great too. I hope it stays this way because it’s a hit or miss with chipotle nowadays. I discovered this chipotle back in the summer of 2021, ever since then I have never gone to any other chipotle again. Take my money! ?
During the "Winter Storm 2022" ? well Chipotle saved us cause EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED,Gracias Chipotle ?. But it's a good place to get fresh good food.They never disappoint evah.And for me it's the Chips with the hint of lime and sea salt,I'm happy with that.So you want great fresh hot food come to Chipotle❣ Oh and now they have a app where you get points and get back great food for your points so that's a plus plus.
I ordered a quesadilla here a few days ago and became violently ill the day after. Spent hours at the Dr. and ended up with the worst food poisoning I have ever had… would not recommend eating at this Chipotle.
Never go to any Chipotle again.they give you a dab of meatSo screw Chipotle the guy who started Chipotle should have never sold to McDonald's want to give you all that rice an bean's they don't want to sell you extra meat.and you are paying for it. The kid told us corporate said they can't sell extra meat.so screw Chipotle.
