Some of the seats were torn open, the vents were filthy, the water tasted like it was from the hose. Food was as expected- like I remembered from years ago. The waitress was kind, however she was getting yelled at by her supervisor for whatever reason -- Definitely, not appropriate in front of customers. Disappointing - not sure when they were last inspected?
I tried the smokehouse combo for the first time tonight. I substituted the fries for cole slaw. I got the Jalapeño cheddar sausage and the brisket quesadilla’s along with the street corn. It was fantastic! I didn’t get any bbq sauce that I think I was supposed to get but I honestly didn’t even notice it was missing because everything tasted really good. I hope they leave this on their menu. This is definitely a meal that I will be back for.
I was very disappointed with my order. My wings were definitely not fully cooked. It has blood spots everywhere. The small pasta was poorly made , it was very dry. Very unsatisfied customer. I will not be spending my money at Chili’s anymore.
Horrible service all together! My wings were cold and the fries took 30 minutes to get the food didn’t get a refill till everyone was half way done eating. Oh and very dirty all together.
If I could rate this restaurant a flat ZERO, I would've. After waiting 30 minutes for seating, they sat us at a dirty table. Gave us 2 utensils knowing 4 of us were at this table. (2 adult, 2 small children) Asked for salad dressing for my salad and never received it, but yet some of the hosts can stand around, holding conservation about unwork related things. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST service EVER. Never knew anyone had to wait over an for their food to be served. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!A

I was amazed using the curbside pick up! Lauren delivered my order in less than a minute after checking in and I arrived early! Food and Drink were perfectly made and satisfying. Best Chili's in Texas thus far!
It was 5 of us. The bar tender act like she had a problem serving us our drinks the way we requested. I want be back at this location we continue going to the Plano location where Customer Service is Top Notch!! If you pay for something you should get what you want.

I had BBQ ribs that literally fell off the bone. Great drink choices, not many restaurants have fried okra on the menu. I enjoyed my meal....alot.
