Great food and great service!!
Be careful if you order curbside pickup. Watched them give my order to someone else then came to my car and said they had called the woman to bring back the order. Did they expect me to take it after it had been in someone else’s possession?? Asked for refund. Mgr said it would take 3-4 days for credit to appear in my account. That’s fine but I wanted receipt. Finally admitted that system wouldn’t do that (more like, she didn’t know how). 40 minutes after arriving, walked out with cash.
Not a fan of Chili's. It went from great decades ago to really bad ... went to a couple of franchises after covid that upped their game. Gave chili's a second chance.Good food. The sirloin with asparagus and corn on the cob was delicious. Ordered 6 shrimp to add. Yum
Southwest egg rolls are the reason we come back. Every time. But the chicken was much better than the last time. Food quality is either just better at this location, or chili's in general is doing a better job
I don't know how every other restaurant in Dallas can be adequately staffed except for this one. We went there on a Saturday evening at 6:00 and they maybe have a dozen tables open. The excuses they have is that the were short on cooks and servers. This poorly managed restaurant needs to just close.
literally a 20 minute wait when there are only 3 tables with customers eating.
Called one hour ahead asked if they were open for dine in, waitress said yes but only in the bar area, we said that was fine. got to the restaurant and they said they could not seat us because we were a party of 6, manager argued with us that we should have asked if they were seating a party of six, that's not our job to ask. That's your job to ask!
Horrible customer service. Whoever i spoke to on the phone said they are doing dine in but only in the bar area. I asked if kids are allowed. She said yes they are because there are surrounding tables in the bar area. So i took that and got off the phone with her. We end up driving to chilis, only to be told our party of 4 adults and 2 littles were too big of a party to accommodate. We ask for a manager and he repeated the same thing that they cannot accommodate a party bigger than 6 but we were more than welcome to sit on a table that could sit 4. It just sounded sarcastic the way he said it. He then goes to ask me “when you called, why didn't you ask how many people can we seat?” Excuse me?!?!? The manager???? Asking a customer THAT question?!?!?!! Am i suppose to know YOUR policies??? Am i suppose to know to ask that cant you seat a party of 6. It just came off so rude coming from a manager who could’ve chose to be nice & not so sarcastic. So we left. I wouldn't recommend coming to the chilis in garland, you will not be getting good customer service here at all.
Food was really good, along with great service. Very friendly staff and the restaurant was clean.
