Went through the drive through was told 15 minutes to cook more chicken, its been almost 25. I finally went in to check and was told it takes longer than 15 minutes to cook, meanwhile I see thighs in the bins. Please just tell people the actual time, I wouldn't have chosen to wait this long.
The chicken that I got from there had a funny smell and made my stomach hurt this was definitely out of the norm maybe they had new workers in there but who knows
Disappointed. Ordered 945pm. Was told they only had spicy tenders, a few pieces chicken and no gravy. Ordered spicy tenders.. Ended up with half fresh spicy tenders, half old greasy regular tenders and hot fresh fries. Not the usual Chicken Express experience
Worst experience I’ve had at a drive-thru. I ordered my food as normal and went home. After arriving home I noticed I was missing an item from bag, so I went back up to the restaurant to get what was missing. Once I got there, the employee was hostile and rude, claiming I was lying about the missing item and refused to replace it. Worst chicken express customer service from this location, I do not recommend coming here. Ashely and her team are not doing right by the customers.
Drive thru is frustrating. Cannot hear person and then they're rude when you tell them. I would have ordered more food if the transaction would have been smoother.

Decided to pay a visit since it had been a good long while. I was pleasantly surprised. The lady at the front was patient with my initial indecision. I ordered a large drink expecting to wait but my order was filled promptly and correctly. Everyone I noticed seemed to have a great attitude. A marked difference from what was here before. Highly recommend.
Trash went there an hour before close and they told me they didn’t have any chicken left for an order I can see why that place is always empty and why it has 3 stars definitely sticking to the mesquite location
Their fish is so awesome!! I get full on a 2 piece dinner. But I love fish & theirs is almost like mine & my Dad's cooking of fish. I go there as often as I can.
Good and hot..served up very fresh not sitting for long times..the chicken is nicely seasoned and affordable
