Freshly remodeled to keep drive-thru traffic moving safely and efficiently but at the expense of dine-in capacity. Feels almost claustrophobic inside now because kitchen seems to have grown for the sake of drive-thru and delivery orders. There are pickup shelves now for delivery drivers exclusively (the rare customers who pick up their own orders still get it handed directly to them). Curbside parking spaces moved to the side near the 7-Eleven car wash, but they haven't re-enabled the curbside option in the app yet. Service and food quality remain dependable, but I'm going to miss the old dine-in experience.

So funny story. I'm sure this has happened to you. I only drove past this place on my to somewhere else by Google can't tell the difference. We/I have eaten here plenty of other times. I've even been known to pick up 2-3 breakfast sandwiches and save half for lunch.
99% of the time I go to this location the food is great. I drive a few miles extra to go to this location. There is one closer to me but not as good.
can’t seem to get orders right. 3rd time in a row that I have gone and my order has been wrong. I asked for 2 creamy salsa ranches and no tomatoes on my salad. I got 1 garlic herb ranch and had tomatoes on my salad.
Ordered through the drive through and paid , got to counter and somehow my order was not in system, ordered again and paid again was assured by the young kids that i will not get charged twice . i doubted that but true enough i was charged twice AND they got the order wrong . Explain to me how i todays world you go to a chick fil a , go around the drive thru and not order or pay??? No logic at all and still when i called about the double charge , it was a fight to get my refund. The Immediate assumption they made BOTH times was i was trying to pull a fast one on them . TACKY AND ASSUMING. Ill use those passive words , but i will pay more attention now to attitudes to see if its a trend . I hope the operator is smart enough see what may be going on and to nip this in the Bud.
Went inside to order , took 30 minutes! Only one person in front of me . The drive thru goes faster !once I received my meal went home and guess what No pickles in my sandwich! :(
Chick-fil-A had quick service. There were lots of cars in the drive-through.. By the line went very fas.. I went in to oder and they were pleasant and friendly inside. The hours were reduced for the holiday and they're only open till 4 PM. The peppermint milkshake was good. But it's only available for a limited time.
Every time I order from here via Uber eats, I’m missing 30% of my order. This time 2 sandwiches. No condiments. Drinks half full. Milkshake lid not secure and leaking all over bag. Large fries are filled only 50%.
The food was great as usual, but the customer service was even better! Tami treated us so well, and is the hostest with the mostest!
