The Philly cheesesteak was very nice. The Fiesta fries were good but for $5 they could have thrown in more. The topping on them was excellent but real skimpy on the number of actual fries! Was expecting more!
Customer service is always on point when I come in. Did is made fast and fresh each time. The lemonades there are great as well as the food. I never have a complaint here. Thank y'all
Food was good, but during order things were confusing bc we didn't want certain items. Allow customers to order & whatever they didn't say just don't pot on sandwich, toooo easy.
Jerimiah was amazing. Works well under pressure. Calls coming, customers waiting, customers dining. He does great. In these modern times its very hard to find reliable staff so Charleys compensate the kid enough or someone else my try grabbing him. Will be back because of his service.
I love the cheesesteaks here only I wish that there would be more pickles. They give you a little slice of a pickle but I can't say that it's enough. I won't let that take away any stars though as the food is magnificently okay. I love the buffalo cheesesteak. Go Mavs
The employees on duty went above and beyond when my wife was not feeling to well one night. Her legs were giving her problems and they took her food to the car and stayed with her until she was feeling well enough to drive. We went back a couple of days later to thank thm.
Have have been to other Charlie's and was looking forward to a sub that used to be on the menu it had pepperoni in it but was disappointed to find out it was taken off the menu unless you pay extra to have it added. Charlie's has always been good though.
1st time here, move over burgers, These sandwichs are awesome, fries like I like thicker, crispy, and lemonade was the best. Customer service really great. GREAT EXPERIENCE. TRY IT!!!!☺️??????YUM
Prices are kinda high. The food is excellent though!! Customer service was excellent too. I definitely recommend if you like good cheesesteaks or wings.
Has become my go to Ubereats order. Their original Philly is extremely delicious. And the fact that they offer the whiz, I mean how often you gonna find that in Texas? Also there bacon 3 cheese sandwich is ?.Bacon cheddar fries here are the bees knees.I highly suggest the original Philly or the 3 cheese bacon, hold lettuce, hold mayo, add ranch. Seriously a damn good sandwich.
