I have always loved the fish here but now it is so dry and tasteless .. it tastes like chicken.. I thought it was chicken and let them know and the pregnant woman was so rude about it instead of letting me know it's fish first thing that cane out her mouth was " I'm not giving you a refund because you ate it" How else am I suppose to taste it. But no.. I took 2 bites and it was so dry. That is not the fish I have always gotten before.
The food is always on point and tastes amazing.I would have given 5 stars but... When customers enter your establishment please greet the customer's with a smile and a friendly greeting.This is what will make customers not want to come back when your associates including your manager are not smiling and friendly...No matter how bad your day is greet the customers with a smile and a wonderful positive attitude, it'll make things so much better for you and your place of work. ;-) thanks!!!
We visited here today and the fish was horrible; it was dry and hard. Called back to let them know asking for a manager and we were told that they have a temporary buyer and they didn't receive the fish they normally order. We ask the manager to make the public and community aware of this prior to purchase, he said that he didn't have to. He asked us to bring the fish back and he will refund us our money. The fish is in the trash can. He suggested that we would get a discount on our next order. We never said we would return! Poor Service
This is the cleanest restaurant that I've ever been to. As soon as you walk in the door the scent is inviting and fresh. Everyone that I interacted with was awesome. I live 45 minutes away this is the furthest location from me but it's worth the drive. Great job Garland!
Probably the best Captain D's iv ever eaten at. Food is always fresh and they actually care about your food. Wish I could give it a higher rating.
I usually love Captain D's, but the food was tastless. The manager was arguing and shouting at customers in the store and through the drive through. I dined inside and was confronted by a trainee ask if this order was dine-in or to go. I was asking him about the menu, but he was unwilling to answer any questions about the menu untill I responded to his question. Regrettable experience.
The girl taking the order had a bad attitude. My order was not right, missing items. You are limited to only 2 tarter sauces per order but they don’t tell you that till you get to the window to pay, but if you want more tarter sauce you can pay extra. They should post at the microphone where you place order about tarter sauce so if you wanted to go somewhere else you can make that choice before placing your order. Goodbye Captain D’s.
Refreshing atmosphere, friends, courteous employees. Very fresh tasting meal. Great location with easy access. Dining in allowed.
