I love this place. Not only was it my first job like 28 years ago, I love their burgers and fries. The 30 years I’ve been going there, I’ve never felt like I didn’t want to order my food from one person. Guys a jerk, and as much as I want to order from them, I just can’t anymore.
If i could rate 0 stars i would. Very bad customer service. Guy taking orders was very rude. Quite obvious he didn't want to work. Very snide and sarcastic. Would not be surprised to see it out of business within the year. Keep this guy working here it may be sooner.
Absolute worst customer service, they refused to serve me even when it was within business hours. All I did was drive up to the drive through. Don’t waste your time they don’t want to work
Nice place with good burgers. Reminds me of Wendy's from the 1970's, hot 'n' juicy for sure. It is a little pricey, but it does not disappoint.
Waste of time n gas. ... I tried calling before going but no one able to answer.... seeking strawberry n pineapple shakes... all avail boring vanilla..... sad experience all together.... wnot be going bak
Love this place! All the burgers are delicious, but the frito chili burger reigns Supreme! Loved eating at their patio tables on this gorgeous day.
Staff is always polite, ingredients are fresh, and the Frito chili cheese burger is the perfect combination of flavors! Gotta love a burger that comes with a fork for the bonus frito pie in the container!
Their truck hadn’t come so they only had burgers fries and onion rings but the service was great and food was delicious
It's not the same where u use to pay 5 dls plus some change for a dinner meal now it pennies from 10 dls and the meat is smaller not worth almost 10 dls I really gave them a 4 no one was in drive threw so just had to wait on him to cook the food but anyway I want be going back the food wasn't good use to be my one and and only burgers place I will be cooking my burgers at the house from now on
Usually, I never had problems with this Burger Street before, but today was completely different from all the other times I've been here. Today, I went through the drive thru which was completely empty with no one in line but even so I decided to wait for someone to attend to me (since it's open till 11pm). But, I waited a whole 10 minutes with no answer whatsoever. So, I decided to pull over towards the drive thru window since I noticed a worker through the tiny mirror above the drive thru window. When I had no answer still, I simply knocked on the window. A white woman came over to the window and opened it she told me, "To go through the line again, since they didn't take orders from the drive thru window." so I did what I was told and went all the way around through the drive thru once more. When I arrived to the menu she finally spoke and took my order. After my order was taken I went to the window, I waited and a few minutes later, a white guy with tattoos all over his arms spoke to me and told me, "You scared the women due to you knocking hard on the window." Personally, I didn't really knock on the window hard because I have doubts that they can sinply hear a small knock or two but NOT hear me saying "hi" and "hello" just to get their attention where the menu is at. So he then told me, "he decided to cancel my order due to the knocking/scaring his co-worker" I didn't expect this at all since no one answered me to begin with. Tell me this, if you saw a drive thru completely empty BUT one or two workers were working in the back not attending to the customer what would you do? I had the patience to wait and get my order taken just to get it cancelled due to me trying to get the workers attention. I don't plan on getting Burger Street from this location ever again. I hope this place gets shut down due to their bad customer service.
