We came for a late lunch, around 1:30. Ordered 2 orders of Asian zing cauliflower wing appetizers, 10 boneless wings, carrots and celery, wedges, and fries. We got the cauliflower wings about 2, none of the appetizer order toppings, peppers, etc. 2:15 we got the 10 wings for my son. 2:25 we got the wedges. Never got the carrots/celery, or my sons fries. Didn’t seem that busy but the service was slow and way out of order. Our party got two entrees 20 minutes before the third persons food showed up. Waiter ended up taking fries, wedges, and an app off the bill.
Service is always poor but typically the food is good. Not on my last trip. Server suggested we get an appetizer because they had a big party there and the kitchen would be running behind. Just for the record, the large party was 6 adults and 2 kids. But okay fine. Ordered an app. 10 or so minutes later she came back and asked if we wanted to order, and we did. Another 15 minutes later someone comes out with our appetizer and one of our two orders. So much for the concept of an appetizer arriving before your food. And it was cold. Obviously been sitting waiting on someone to bring it out. Few minutes later I flag someone down and ask if they could check on our other order. That person vanished in thin air. I finally chase down our server and ask her to check on my food. She returns with it and it was cooked to death. At that point we just threw in the towel.
Clean Location, Great Fresh Food, Great Service at the Bar... But seem short staffed. Overall Good Atmosphere and Crowd. Thanks!
My order was assumed togo because I walked in alone. Which is fine as that's a reasonable assumption. While sitting on a call while waiting for food the staff was very attentive. In fact too attentive! Which isn't a bad complaint. They cleaned my table which seemed to be a mess from the closing staff and got me a water + utensils. Nice servers, legitimately all of them on the noon shift.
Please avoid this location at all cost. I was excited for my order tonight since I haven't had BWW for a while. The service was okay. The wings were horrible. It was as dry as dust and very hard to chew. I thought I was eating chalk.
Wings are always on point! Hot, fresh, and delicious. When we come we request Adam. He always makes sure we're taken care of. He always comes to check on us and makes sure our drinks are full. Even if its busy, he stays consistent. His customer service is amazing and he makes our experience enjoyable at buffalo wild wings. Thanks Adam, you're awesome!!!
I loved it. The new digital thing they are doing with the app is lovely. Great environment. Great service. Wings were good. Wish they hadn't took away the free wings for doing the blazin challenge. I liked eating for free.
Today was the best services we have had in a while! Last few times services was horrible. Adam (tall skinny guy) our server did amazing went above and beyond to make sure our food was hot and fresh, came with refills without us asking! Will be asking for him again. Fried pickles well done and delicious
I would like to publicly apologize to Wingstop for stepping out on them and going to BWW firstly there was a wait when we got there to pick up our food. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind waiting on fries if they’re going to be in my order as I ordered. Got home 25 minutes away only to realize an order of fries was missing as well as some wings. The wings we were given were a2/10 . Flavorless, sauce less just plain as hell, mine taste better in the ninja ?
They changed their BOGO deal so now it's bogo 50% off, instead of bogo FREE. The same order I always get was suddenly $10 more. And they didn't advertise this change well. So I ordered and then wondered why it was so expensive. Very unpleasant surprise. The last 3 times I ordered wings, they shorted us by 2 - 3 wings. When you're paying more than $1 per wing, that's unforgivable. They also stopped doing curbside pickup when the pandemic is still raging in the community.
