After having had probably at least 100 different chocolate shakes in my lifetime I can still say that’s Braums has my favorite chocolate shake.The grocery section is super convenient for those who live close by and don’t want to spend super long in a market but the food is super good too.When you’re feeling snackish, the crinkle cut fries and a shake really hit the spot!
I am done with this place! The last 2 times I went in the drive thru the amount of topping was very lacking. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the second time it was intentional. They literally put drops of hot fudge on my sundae. I will NO longer wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and pay for their scantily clad ice cream!!
Very fast service!! Thank you. We got French fries & ice cream. Got our ice cream to us quickly & our fries were fresh!!! A lil salty for my taste but my daughter thought they were not too salty. Great job!!
Just giving a review for solely the service from Kenny! Super nice and sweet! They were out of a flavor my partner thought about getting but then immediately offered a couple other choices and a free sample to try. Super helpful and nice guy.
Great food and even better service. The folks there are down to earth and have an excellent sense of humor. My dad and I like to kid each other and enjoy when others can laugh along with us.
I would give it a 5 star review if the service was not so bad during the morning. The tall young man who works the window and takes orders is great! Very friendly! I haven't seen him for a while, but I rarely go by these days. When I went by to get ice cream in the morning, the service took longer than expected, and the cashier didn't necessarily have an attitude, it still felt like I was being rushed or judged? Idk. It's a nice place for me. Staff is usually very friendly and sociable. Watch them kids though! They love to play around with one another while working, which is cute, but it can be distracting. Maybe they like putting on a show out of bordem.
Great customer service! The guy who usually takes orders and works the window is always nice to me and makes me feel like I am a friend. Food is usually good and fresh. Ice cream is bomb!
I'm giving this a 5 star rating because its the only place that dosen't mess up the poppy seed salad or really just any salad. Everytime I've gone here Ive gotten all the condiments woth my meal. BTW dont go to the Northwest one if your ordering any salads.
Man when I was at the drive thru. This guy name Kenny ask so many question and I loved it. He told me if I wanted pepperjack cheese and it was so good and the chili cheese fries too, those things are so underrated. I nearly creamed my pants. Whoever this dude Kenny is deserves a raise and delivers the best customer experience. I just want him to take my kids and wife.
Disgusting... this place is gross. There was food and trash all the food prep area. Trash cans were overflowing, there was icecream and sauce splattered everywhere. Staff looked like they lost a Nickelodeon game show (covered in food, icecream, sauce). I was there for 20 minutes and never once saw any of them wash their hands... much less wearing a mask.
