Their ice cream is great. Especially during the heat of the summer.I buy their 9Grain bread. Today they have two loaves that expires tomorrow. The last time I was there, the didn't have any 9 Grain bread. So I didn't buy any this last two time there.

It was ok. I normally love Braums and have eaten there for years. I don't have one close to me so I don't get to eat Braums very often. Once every couple of months or so. When I do get a chance to eat there it's a treat for me. However The last time I ate there the food wasn't as good as it normally is. I hope that was just a isolated incident but that remains to be seen. I was really disappointed in my burger and didn't finish it.. Hopefully next time will be better I haven't given up on them yet. That's my experience

I ordered a large vanilla frozen yougurt in a cake cone and this what I got lol I told the lady can you put more ice cream in it there’s barely anything in it and I asked for a large not a drip of it and she told me oh sorry I don’t know how to make it lol what a joke. Never come to this location they literally always have the worst workers with the worst attitudes.

My orders are normally correct, however, I have been handed the wrong order before and I always check before leaving the second window, even if they ask me to park, I wait because mistakes happen. What I have seen is that the new workers here are rushing too fast. They need to slow down. Management, let them take their time. Stop worrying about clearing the screen when you have no receipts printed and put on bags. I recommend this strategy like at Chick-fil-A. It saves time and money. Print the receipts for yourselves so you can clear the screen. Also, why do you advertise 6 new flavors on your order screen but never have any new flavors? Why are you always out of what you advertise at this location? This is the same at another location. It's misleading. It's lame.My biggest issue with this location and other locations is the customer service factor. I don't get a "Hello!" Or a "I hope your day is going well, here are your drinks while you wait. Can I get you anything else like sauce or napkins?"The majority of the time they say nothing to me at 2nd window. It makes me feel very unwanted. I know these may be people a bit younger than me as I am under 25, too, but really? Not even a hi how are you? Not even a have a great day? Nothing? They hand me my ice cream or drinks and don't let me even ask them for sauce or extra napkins. They do it so fast and shut the window in my face. And, I don't want to ask as they are doing something like handing me things because I want their hands to be empty first to prevent confusion. Then, when they do come back to the window to ask me to pull forward (i normally order $30 worth of food, not anymore due to the service.) They don't even let me do more than draw a breath in before the window is closed in my face again.I recommend that management goes through the drive thru when it is busy and seeing how the service feels vs when there are no cars. Go undercover. Go on a day off. Maybe it is the crew? Idk. Not my job to figure it out. But, see from the outside perspective what it feels like for your customers.Overall, I give this location 3 stars because of how long it takes, because of the misadvertising, because of the rush to clear the lane, and because of the lack of customer service.(This is the only fast food place I haven't had a short friendly conversation with the window worker when waiting on my order to come out. You'd think that a place that prides itself on family first would also train employees to have friendly conversations with other human beings, but I guess being in a uniform somehow separates you from us humans.)Take your time. Stop rushing the employees. You can't cook food fast enough so why rush it? It's on a timer let it sit. Fix your menu. Tell your employees you value their hard work and give them a raise.

Still the same as it was when I first experienced this place. Classic burgers, ice cream and service. All good people and still not shy on quality.

First off we visited here Monday night 4/18 and the place was so filthy. Every single available table was dirty. We were planning to dine in but I almost lost my appetite so we ate in our car. Went by there tonight 4/20 took forever in the drive thru! My husband asked for a large fry, ask the chick again to confirm that it was a large fry. She said yes. Got the order and it was what looks like a kid fry. My husband has to go in the inside to wait all over again. The lady that addressed him was very nice and even shocked and disappointed at the order. She went to get the manager and the manager asks him what else would he like then tells him she can only give him a #1 or #2, anything else she would have to charge him more. Luckily he only wanted a #2, but someone needs to train management if YOU are the reason a customer is inconvenienced you give what’s needed to satisfy the customer! We understand that some people will try get over HOWEVER when you clearly see that you are the issue then you make it right at all cost. Only reason a 2 was given is because of the other nice lady that acknowledge their mess up. We will never visit there again.

They have 6 new flavors. Banana nut bread is my favorite. Fantastic Ice cream at great prices.

My husband and I both got a #1 Combo. I have never had a more horrible Cheeseburger in my life! The meat was cold and in 3 pieces. It didn't even melt the Cheese. Plus it tasted like it was on its way to being spoiled. The Fries and Coke were very good and we enjoyed those items. The lines were so long and cram packed that we just threw our Burgers away. I went into the Market to get a few things but it really bothered me and I was still hungry. I got up to the Cashier and I told her about my Burger and how I felt like I was going to be sick. She said "I'm sorry about that, did you ask them to reheat it for you?" Wow. That, along with all the kids running wild everywhere, squealing and jumping all over the seats, I don't think we will be back. I'm sure we won't be missed but I cry for Braums' new reputation. It used to be a good, civilized place for our family to eat.

Fast service, friendly, clean building. I just think ALL BRAUMS should ask if customers want mustard or mayo on their burgers. I Don't like mayo & am allergic. It would be nice if they informed people the burgers come with mayo & if it's ok. Not everyone likes mayo.

This is the Braum's location that my family frequents the most and usually on Sundays. Needless to say it is BUSY and sometimes chaotic especially when mine are causing some of the chaos. So I've got to give two thumbs up to the staff here. They battle through it all and get customers serviced. If they get things wrong they make it right. Kudos to staff and managers!
