Decided to try this location out before bowling league tonight up the street from here. The young lady was super friendly and helpful being my first visit.The portions are well sized for the prices, and that flavor is just amazing! I’m not usually a fan of restaurant bbq because I like to do it myself but this place is easily in my top 3. All the staff are super friendly. The portions are well sized for the prices, and that flavor is just amazing! From the main meats, to the sides you’ll enjoy it all. Some of the best Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. Definitely give them a try!

The place looks clean - my husband liked his food okay - mine was too salty - we love BBQ! I’m not her if I would return. Atmosphere is cool and staff was Relatively friendly.
Here’s a review I texted to my friend. We both love Texas Q.I got the 3 meat plate.All the meat except the chicken was room temp and the chicken was cooked so long it didn't have texture. The fried okra had way too much breading. Not homemade. The Mac and cheese was good. The sauce was good. The service was also really slow. The tea was weak.
Was in the area for work and stopped by for lunch- had a 1/4lb of turkey, 1/4lb of brisket and a side of green beans. Green beans are your typical canned variety but were seasoned very well and a nice taste of onion and garlic and I enjoyed them. Brisket and Turkey were both very moist and wanted to fall apart when picked up with a fork. Sauce was mild, savory and delicious- not too sweet or too spicy. Very much enjoyed this meal and would eat here more often if I lived in the area.
The fries were hot and delicious. Baked beans were outstanding. Sauce was very good. Meat, I had ribs and brisket. Both over cooked but tasty. Went to pick up a rib and it fell off the bone without a bite. Brisket disintegrated almost to mush. I will be back as the flavors were very good. Try a little less cook time and it would have been a 5 star.
The brisket and the sausage were extra tender and so flavorful. Not too much fat on the cuts of meat we got but still delicious and moist. The mac & cheese was very good and we loved the fried okra and the peach cobbler.
I highly recommend Blacksmoke for your barbecue cravings, I bought the 3 meat baked potato and it was big enough to feed 3 people, and please try the banana pudding that’s always served with fresh bananas and wafers.
the service was phenomenal and the food was delicious! We tried everything from the catfish to the brisket to the pork to the stuffed baked potato and it was all cooked and presented perfectly.
