OK Great authentic Mexican food I eat in there many a time are I usually get exactly what I want it's hot it's tasty and it's filling surprises are reasonable the people promotion for most part there's always somebody who can speak English with help a lot And the wait staff just shakes their head because well my Spanish is terrible but they allow me to practice anyway hahaha Now for The truth I wasn't there that day I was next door at Uncle Winger's Chinese food food and they are great 2 they're a little afraid of the covid still so you have to order online or through the door there's still not letting the public in I get it get it everybody has their own level of level of security they wish to maintain I have no problems with that whatsoever so try both the drugs dropped if you get a chance they're worth it for a quick Inexpensive meal that is good enough to talk about by everyone good luck
I had been seeing a lot of videos about “Birrieria tacos” and wanted to try them. I had seen a tiktok about this place but it was a different location but I decided to try this location out for lunch. When I tell you these were the BEST tacos, that is an understatement… When I first moved to Texas and tried “Authentic Tacos” I wasn’t really a fan but today I finally found a taco I really like. Their meat is seasoned and can actually be eaten alone. They give you this green sauce not sure what the name was the person that waited on me didn’t speak much English so I didn’t want my order wrong by asking to many questions. For dinner I tried another place that claimed to make “birrieria tacos” and Birrieria Aguinaga is the best I will definitely go back. Only thing is they are a little slow so plan accordingly but your food will be hot and good so that makes up for it.
We visited this place on a Monday, we were excited and had high hopes but we will not be returning. They gave my husband old greasy meat in his tacos and 2 of his tacos were made out of the wrong meat anyway. They were supposed to be tripa but he got tinga instead. Probably thinking we were just going to eat whatever was given to us… The aguas frescas tasted like they were from powder mix, not worth $3.00 and the rice appeared to be instant rice and they just warmed it up.The waitresses were friendly and the plates had good presentation however, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
This taco joint was so awful ? we went around 11a.m. got the birrieria tacos, puerco torta, and the taco plate with fajita and pork, everything down to the rice was so horrible. It just tasted dirty.. we even purchased the guava water, it tasted like dirty sink water... first and last time we will ever go there.
Bro, thank the good Lord, I shared a video of birria tacos from social media with a coworker, because they looked so good, and he said “They make those at Birrieria Aguinaga right here.” ??♂️ I just didn’t know! ??♂️ but now I do! And so I had these for lunch, and what else can I say? I’m in love ?? Martha recommended el pastor, so I went with it, and it was awesome! ?? I’ll be back ?
These Barria tacos were yummy! Service was a little slow, but it was worth the wait!
First time coming here and won’t be returning!! Waitress was very rude I believe her name is Teresa. She got our ordered wrong after being called out by another waitress she continued to go and complain to us for her wrong doing. The rest of the staff was very polite and apologized. We left paid the food that was already given to us. She was already rude and we were not gonna run the risk of her putting something in our food after being called out.
I tried this place once on DoorDash and was very happy! I decided to try again but this time going through the drive thru…..i had very high hopes until i arrived home and something i ordered was missing so i called and when i told them they laughed and spent 5 mins chitchatting before addressing the issue, and while i was eating my tacos i watched a hair pull out of the taco as i took a bite! I will no longer visit nor recommend!
La birria sin sabor, solo agua con carne y muy poca verdura, pague $43 dólares por nada.
I just got home from ordering from there. We ordered the torta cubana, and the queso birria quesadilla. As she handed me my food, i had to ask for my consume for the quesadilla. And she says, “oh yeah, it’s because he’s a new cook, and i forgot too. Careless mistake number 1. Right before my wife took a her first bite, she noticed some aluminum foil in with the meat. It wasn’t much, and we were able to remove them. But that was a careless mistake, again.
