1st time here. It’s located in the shopping center. Had the #8 and flavors were AWESOME! Very sweet ladies!
Good banh mi, they get very busy so prepare to wait 20-40 mins if you come at lunch time and order a dozen sandwiches .
I ordered 2 combination banh mi for take out. I arrived home and was disappointed to see the lack of meat and vegetables they gave. Not enough meat, and 1 ziploc bag of veggies was supposed to be enough for 2 sandwiches.... I would not recommend this place nor would I give it another chance
We didn’t actually go to eat sandwiches, just boba. But them making it took some time. Friends got impatient. But the boba was good, sweet.
Hair in packaging! We normally eat at Banh Mi #1, but now I question their sanitation practices. We bought a packaged food from Banh Mi #1. Today, my wife and I noticed a hair in the packaging. We haven't opened the wrapping since we bought it, and now we won't have a chance to eat it. Trashed.
Bad customer service. I asked the people behind the counter a simple question and they (2 older ladies with glasses) straight up laughed at me!? Maniacally at that. Disgusting. I worked in food service and I would never treat any customers like that. They said to each other "what kind of ridiculous question is that?" spoke in low volume but I could hear and understand because I'm Viet as well. The answer might seem obvious to them (who work there) but for first time visitor like me, it is something I would like to know and cannot possibly guess based on my experience with other places because all restaurants/food shop are different. My take is they discriminate agaisnt their own people. There were 2 non-Viet customers there with me and they were really polite with them. Also please give a better ETA for the order. I was told mine would be done in 20 mins. Yeah 20m times 3. Bingo.
Worst service ever and they only help their own kind which is Vietnamese. I waited for almost 1 hour to get my order while everyone behind me got their order. They need to treat everyone the same regardless.

Got the egg rolls here. Some of them were sour, and the others were not. Pretty sure they had gone bad. It was noon time when I got this.
This is the best Bahn Mi restaurant in the Dallas area where the subs are made on freshly baked baguettes baked on-site each day and the ingredients are always fresh. Fast service and lively atmosphere! Also try the baked meat croissants.
