I meant to post this a couple days ago.. best Applebee's I've ever been to. Great location, parking was sufficient. Comfortable atmosphere, LGBT and plus size friendly. The food was amazing. My partner and I ordered the sampler appetizer. For my entree I got the fiesta lime chicken. SO SO GOOD! My partner got the Chicken Alfredo. The chicken used for both meals was moist and perfect. We also got recommendations for dessert which was nice. I sure did try the new pecan cake(mouth watering) while my partner got the chocolate lava cake. Which looked amazing. we both tried the shark bowl(21+) supper good. And I have to send a special thank you to the evening manager (didn't get her name) and our amazing server(Esteban M) truly made our dine in experience great thank you so much. Will definitely see you all soon!!!
We arrived at 9:30pm waited 30 min to be seated and than waited another hour for nothing .They never served us at least our drinks they kept ignoring us .We saw how they were serving just all the other tables.And specially the people at the bar.It wasn’t even full.DONT Waste your time at this Applebee’s like we did .
For been my first time it was not perfect, I was expecting a great service but ended up not too good. I placed an online order and I arrived at the exact promised time but later after I called around 10 minutes they come out and said it's not ready but working on it so we waited abs waited, I called again and told then I've been waiting for about 20 minutes and they said they were going to check so after 6 minutes I hung up, later I decided to go and check and they said that my order was ready and just need finished packing so I whent back to my car on a hot day with my two kids I had another order to pick up from a different place so it was a very frustrating day but we decided to wait and be nice and patient, the girl who was checking on my order was not rude neighther so I wasn't going to be rude at her it wasn't her fault that my food wasn't cooking since the beginning so I was patient and nice to them but still not happy to wait for that long but finally after 30 minutes of my promised time I had my food in my car. I like the chicken it was almost perfect to me exept I didn't like the chips they were too oily but other than that it was good. I think the Pico de Gallo portion it's too small for a family meal of 6 but other than that I would've give then a 6 star if it wasn't because on my first time I had to wait that long for my food.
Thursday 11:30 and close and it says 2am lol this applebees the worst in the area service and timing worst than any other in the area rather go to the one on town east lil more far but better attention and timing they actually do close at 2 am
The food was pretty good but I disliked the long wait waiting for my order and the extra long wait waiting for them to come get my bank card where I could pay for the food and leave. Other than that the people are very nice and polite....
The food was great and the service was awesome our server was Mike and let me just tell you that he was the best server that I have had in a long time. Mike was very professional, friendly and got our orders so right and still smiled the entire time. Look please give him more money he deserves that. I enjoyed my dinner and I will come back because of the food and service.
I love bringing the kids here for Tuesday night $1.99 kids meals!! Jess and Mimi know us when we walk thru the door, and cater to my kids like they're royalty!!
Very horrible experience ,was seated and waited 18 minutes before we decided to leave,not even offered a glass of water. The place was not even crowded. Very horrible customer service.
Stopped by around noon to take myself out for lunch…. Service was great, food came out really quick and tasted amazing. Was also able to make it back to work in time.
Family walked in. Looks empty, but then realized they are still seating people 100 feet apart :-) and makes the place look slow. Then they say there's a 20 min wait... Luckily a table became available and we were switched waiter 2 times. Who knows what's going on but the only reason I give it 3 stars is because of the last guy who helped us. Was attentive.
