I have three picky female eaters with me and they have very different tastes. This place had a menu that satisfied them all. We were only in town for two evenings and we ate here twice. Service and food were both very good.

Food was excellent. My wife couldn't stop talking about Ziggy's Peppered Shrimp. She loves a spicy dish and this one did not disappoint. I had the club sandwich which was tasty along with the sweet potato tots (I hate regular tater tots but these were the bomb!). On the down side our waiter had zero personality, rarely checked on us, and brought my wife's mixed drink dripping down the side of the glass and onto the table. He didn't bother to wipe either down. If you're not a people-person you've got the wrong job as a waiter!

We ate here 3 separate times while in Galveston. One time we just did appetizers and drinks. Their Chips and Queso are pretty good. The second time we had a chicken quesadilla and it was also good. The last time we had a chicken BBQ pizza and it was great. The one this I can say is that every server was friendly including the Bartenders and hostess. You can eat at many places along the strand but Yaga's is the best.

My wife and I are on The Strand and we seen Yaga's and were hungry for a late-ish lunch. About a 10 minute wait, they were pretty packed and we were seated. Chips and queso as well as us splitting our plates.JUST THE QUESO ALONE was enough for 5 stars. And I still don't know which was better: The club or the sliders. And the fries were still crunchy after being cooled off for a bit, was on point. The sliders were very flavorful and the club just felt like a hug for your tastebuds.Hey, chef! The amount of flavor alone is enough for us to drive an hour to come back!!Warm atmosphere, friendly people and the food was beyond ON POINT!!HIGHLY recommend to swing by if you are looking for a bite to eat

It was so delicious. We were in town visiting and we decided to try something new so we tried Yagas Cafe. Great choice. We also had our dogs with us and the waitress was very kind as well as brining our dogs a bowl of water. She helped us with everything we needed and the food was AMAZING. Definitely coming back next time we’re in town. The food was so amazingI forgot to take a picture of it lol

Went for dinner on a great spring evening. Patio is very nice, our waitress was excellent. Good selection of food, manly quick bits, sandwiches, piazza, and fish. I got the turkey sandwich with cajun poatotes. Sandwich was decent, and the posters had good flavor. My husband ordered the roasted garlic and chicken pizza, he likes it OK, he liked the crust the best, as they grill it. Good selection of beer, wine and mix drinks.

Visited during spring break so we were prepared for just about anything. The wait for 7 actually wasn't that long, about 20 min. Our waiter was really good and attentive. We had the chips and queso to start and that came with a small sample of salsa. The portion of queso was fairly small, it made a small serving eaxh for 5 of the 7 in our party. I had the sliders. The meat was cooked well and the sweet and spicy pickles were good on the sliders however the barbecue sauce was non existent and I had to request a side of it otherwise the sandwiches were dry. I chock that up to being bust and it being spring break. Overall we would try them again just not during a busy time.

Awesome bartender atmosphere and food. Fast and friendly service and amazing food on springbreak? This place is a miracle also very short to no wait lots of seating in the heart of the strandHad pizza sliders and salad and hurries all awesome

This place was absolutely delicious ? The seafood flautas are my absolute favorite!! I cannot wait to go back ?

Meh, this was average at best. We had high hopes for the Cuban panini and mojitos, but the sandwiches were not authentic Cubans, my opinion. And the drinks were watered down and not sweet. I’ve had perfect mojitos in the Czech Republic and these were not even close. Too bad that I left feeling like it was just a tourist joint.
