Says my order was delivered tonight. I never received it and now I can’t get anyone on the phone.Update: I finally talked to someone and explained I didn’t received my meal tonight. The lady that answered was kind enough to tell me it wasn’t her problem and hung up on me.
First time eating there. I will be back! So many choices, great flavors and bestest fries ever!!
Placed my order online. Per message, orders over $35.00 require advance payment (no problem). Received my order, chicken was warm, fries were cold and veggies were missing.Note: Please double check receipt and place all items in bag.
Tried to order a group pack and come pick it up. Employee told me I couldn't order online or on the phone - I could only walk in and order and the wait is one and a half hours. In a time of COVID and this place won't take your orders online or over the phone. I will never do business with Wingstop in Galveston again.
Takes way too long to prepare a meal. I ordered online and arrived to pick up my order after the app said it was ready. Still had to wait 20mins for my food because the fries weren’t done. I didn’t even order fries..
came here on a lunch break 12/23 and ordered ahead since it was a larger order. We put the option for extra seasoning on our fries for the order and both large orders had little to no seasoning and we asked for a side of seasoning so we can at least do it ourselves and were CHARGED extra. The girl at the front also looked like she absolutely hated her job and was not friendly in any way. Definitely was the worst service I’ve received here.
Waited half an our for my food just to be told that the order didn’t print in the back. Wouldn’t give a refund, and got an attitude with me when I asked what was taking so long. This place is nothing but trash.
Online ordering experience was terrible. I only have a 30 minute lunch break so I ordered my food ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait in line, but for whatever reason the staff waited until I got there to start making the food yet they had another customers food ready for them immediately.
Wings about 10 different ways, cooked to perfection, and fries with some kind of island spice that smacks. Still no dine-in at this location, but order ahead and pick up for the big game. Can't lose.
We waited at the counter for 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged us. After ten minutes the cashier walked up and said it would be 30 mins until they got our food out… Before even taking our order? Really horrible service
