Love their scrambled eggs with cheese and a couple sausage patties for breakfast!

I’ve always had a great experience at every time I’ve visited this location, but this one was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Whataburger location. The manager, Sheryl was extremely unprofessional towards my fiancé and I and was allowing other employees to treat other customers terribly. Professionalism did not exist with this group of employees. Additionally, the way they were running their drive thru was not only unproductive but dangerous for the employee standing outside taking orders at 2 am. The line was wrapped around the building with one employee left to take all the orders, no communication on which line to go into after ordering, resulting in being yelled at by the manager for being in the “wrong line” and “messing up their orders”. I don’t typically write reviews, but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Great hamburger and chocolate shake

I guess as with any good fast food restaurant you have to wait in line but 45 mins was a little redonk.

This is the third time in the past few months this location has sucked. They use to be good but quality has gone way down. Today they gave my husband the totally wrong order and than when I went to eat mine it was cold, the burger and fries tasted hardly cooked. My husband had already left my office to try and get his fixed and came back and got mine after I realized it was cold. Like I said this is the third time of something wrong so I'll not be using this whataburger again. We did get a refund so I'm thankful they did that but if you want hot and correct food don't go here.

We love eating at Whataburger! We are here on vacation from Colorado and glad we got to eat here. The place was busy but the staff was amazing and they did a great job of keeping it clean. A very kind and friendly older man cleaning and he made it a wonderful visit.

Very annoyed right now. First when we pulled up in the drive threw someone was standing outside taking orders not even close to the menu so you can’t see what’s on there. Second we tried ordering A1 thick and hardy and was told “we haven’t had that for two years”. So then we ordered the Monterey melt. We did not know that was also not on the menu. Instead we got the order and receipt with all the extra charges tacked on. As you can see in the photo we did not get two portions of vegetables and also we didn’t order any jalapeño ranch sauce which was added for us pay.The person taking orders needs to stand by the menu so people can actually read what they have instead of having situations like this where things are just tacked on to your order. I have had several instances with this location getting my order wrong or giving me someone else’s order. I like whataburger but this gets frustrating when things keep happening every time I go there.

This post is from a visit from May 2021. I kept forgetting to post and since we don't have Whataburger here, i would keep forgetting. But i just saw an add and conscience made do this now, almost a year later.The manager here, didn't get his name... he is incredible. He definitely knows the meaning of customer service. This was our first time at Whataburger. The food was great but the service was even better!

Very clean and friendly stuff. Only thing is I ordered 2 apple pies, which are my favorite, but when I left I got down the road and they were LEMON!! I was really disappointed. I live about 35 min away. Otherwise, this is a great place.

Nice location for sure. Understaffed unfortunately as there is a worker shortage it seems but the staff there currently are wonderful and quite kind. Food was fresh and well cooked. Can’t ask for better service.
