Worse service I’ve ever seen in my 57 years. Our Corsicana Waffle House is 10 times better. I would ask for service and they would tell wait your turn. I was just asking to get my coffee before my meal. So rude!
Great service and AMAZING food. We stopped in twice in one weekend while visiting Galveston. Both times we had excellent waitresses, and the food was hot and delicious! Highly recommend!
There was a lady there with red braids and a unicorn headband who was very rude to us we were traveling and on a vacation and she refused to refill our coffee since we had come in to get it to go order then cut me off while I was talking and asking for to go coffee I will never come back to this restaurant because I was actually in fear of her physically harming me. She was very rude she was very loud and she was also very intimidating in a way that would make me physically fear for my life. She had red braids was a African-American female and also food was not prepared the way that it was supposed to be prepared and the orders were all mixed up but because of the turmoil in the restaurant I did not say anything we just took our food and left immediately before the lady with the braids assaulted me I'm a disabled person and I did not want it altercation in the restaurant and ruined the holiday with my fiance in my opinion this restaurant is not a good place for people on holiday to eat because of this woman with the red braids with the blonde streak she also had a mask that was not properly put on her face which was pink with sequins and also a unicorn headband which was totally out of uniform and she was totally belligerent indignant and very disrespectful and also physically threatening
Staff were friendly. Food was made quickly and precisely. Prices aren't bad. Restroom was clean. Restraunt wasn't busy at all at around midnight.The cook accidentally heard an order for three extra orders of hash browns and gave us the extras "on the house." Which was helpful since we had a friend we couldn't reach to ask if they'd like something.It's about the only restraunt in the beachfront that's open 24 hours and they beat Denny's any day. We'll be back.
Galveston waffle house: My experience was pleasant and my food and service was great! Jarod and his team were all courteous, attentive, polite, and work well as a synchronized team is to provide an excellent customer experience. If you want a quick breakfast I highly recommend this establishment.
In town this weekend done ate here twice this today's meal was very good mindy was great ? definitely recommend ?
The staff was great, the food was really good, I enjoyed my oj n coffee n u can c the difference when people like where they live n r happy. They were cracking jokes and this is the 1st time that I rated waffle house a 5 ever!
The food is reasonable and depending who's cooking, food is great. Since the pandemic 2 years ago, I strongly feel, cooks and servers should wear a hair net or a paper hat, covering the hair. I watched the cooks, prepare customers orders, and hair from their head, were fringe and acceptable to get in customers order. I did not like that scenery. I trust corporate C.E.O.'s will look into changing the atmosphere, the way customers, will feel comfortable dining and ordering, from the Waffle House, chain of stores.
My sister had never been and we were in the neighborhood. It was great, the service was perfect the food was everything you can hope for from a waffle house. I will definitely go back any time I'm in Galveston.
The night manager was an African American woman i forgot her name but she made this experience at waffle house the best ever. She was very friendly funny and attentive. I am from Houston and never had that level of hospitality at a restaurant. All of the food we ordered was delicious and we left very satisfied and happy. Throughly enjoyed my visit here and highly recommend the night manager to handle your order
