Conveniently located on Seawall Blvd, this was a great place to stop for a quick lunch after a day at the beach. With a fast-casual set up, the food came out very fast and hot, and everything was delicious. There is a lot of indoor and outdoor seating, and lots of 2-hr street parking available as well as a parking garage. We got the buffalo chicken ($13.99) and tropical black bean burger ($10.99)

Big, tasty food with plenty of seating! My burger was huge and really tasty (hot and sweet burger I think), and the kids’ meals were also more than ample. We also sat outside at the very end where there was a space for the kids to play cornhole and other outdoor games. The lovely beach view was also pretty great. Make sure you stop by the dessert case on the way out! The only downside was the limited parking, but you could always park across the street if you’re not afraid of some slightly dangerous jay walking.

We went with friends from Galveston to eat lunch. My wife and I ordered the seafood platter which was promptly delivered. Our food was woefully overcooked and I had a hard time determining which was which. Young tourists would probably not notice this but I certainly did.

The food and ambiance is great. We have been to this place many times and is always good. We enjoy everything from the view to the food. Service is good and casual.

A local told us we would really like The Spot - it did not disappoint. Atmosphere was great with lots of outdoor seating. Food came quick and was delicious, especially the Shrimp Kisses appetizer and the fish-n-chips. Only thing better - their amazing cake desserts.

good food… but we were never told that we don’t order our food at the table and would have to wait in a line to order food like at a cafeteria or something lol we sat there for 30 minutes waiting to order.

Great place to eat, kind of expensive but the Gulf View and Breeze are Great... Got to watch out for the Birds though. They are constantly trying to take food off of the tables!

Enjoyed our meal immensely. Food was good, the waitress was pleasant & professional. View of the beach/ocean was pleasant. We had walked down from the DoubleTree, but we did notice that there was some parking for $10 next to the restaurant. Might have been more nearby. The walk was pleasant although it was very hot. There was a wait for seating, but since it was 7pm on a Friday night, it was surprisingly quick - only about 35 minutes. Since there are 5 separate venues, there is a LOT of seating capacity. Would highly recommend this restaurant while visiting Galveston Beach.

We love The Spot, but hate the birds. Early dinner with a view of the gulf and outdoor seating. Who could ask for more. We shared a Seafood Platter. Every bite was delicious and devoured! Beer was cold and I didn’t complain even though I ordered Miller Light and was served Coors Light. The only problem with the place is the birds. Tables are not cleaned quickly so the birds feast on leftovers and annoy other patrons.

Neat \\\"Spot\\\" to eat beach side! We ate outside and even though it was hot out, their umbrellas at each table keep it tolerable. Pictured is the spicy shrimp tacos, chips and queso, and the seafood platter. Good food and fun vibes!
