This is my “must stop here” spot EVERY time I’m in Galveston. I love love love the new tea and spice options. Everyone is so friendly and helpful every single time I come. I truly appreciate the hospitality and y’all make your shop such a lovely experience. If you like sampling with different spices and teas, this will be your go to! I’d give a million stars if I could!!
A must stop when walking the strand for me. Surprisingly they’re a little cheaper than what the grocery stores offer, so if you absolutely need something now and can’t wait for something cheaper online, then this place is worth the visit. Tammy was working there and was able to help me find the last vanilla bean, so she was helpful where it counts. One thing I would like to note for anyone coming here is that customer service is a lot more hands off than a lot of other places, which is great for me since I like to shop in peace, but if you prefer the traditional way then you might have trouble. Overall great experience!
OH FANTASTIC.I got all kinds of stuff! The lady was super attentive. I wish I could have gotten more. My husband and I love teas, and spices, and salts. Great gift ideas for people who are into this kinda thing.
I restock my tea kit here every few weeks. Their tea blends and spice selections are amazing. Great prices!
This is a great little shop full of gems. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the teas and spices are top quality. A great stop on a strand visit.
The lady who was in here, short dark hair almost to her shoulders, skinny, was very unprofessional. She got off of her phone when we went in there and didn’t say anything to us at all. We left so she could get back on her phone. And as soon as we left wouldn’t you know it she put her earbuds right back in her ears. She did not acknowledge us at all when we were in the store. Store smells great but she’s full of it.
I love the fact that I can select the teas and spices that fit my need. I also love the fact that a brief synopsis is on the front, so you can determine if you want that particular flavor. Many of the ingredients in the teas and spices are organic.

Customer service could be better. The store layout is great and smells so good inside. The spice's we have cooked with from here so far have been great.
Went to Galveston on vacation and stopped into The Spice & Tea Exchange and just adored their store. Totally my kind of place!! I bought a couple different teas. I tried the Florida Sunshine first and I am IN LOVE! I’ll for sure be buying from you guys again! Galveston store employees were so sweet and helpful! Thanks you guys
