Today was the biggest disappointment I've ever had at this Taco Bell. I understand that they were loaded more than usual with the reintroduction of the Mexican pizza, but the food was subpar every bit of it. Usually the food here is decent if not better. Mexican pizza hardly had any meat, and it wasn't spread out, just barely an inch plus in the center, cheese was not melted torta was not fully cooked. Burrito supreme was the biggest disappointment, just thrown together haphazardly, could not differentiate any of the items inside of it, it tasted just like a large beef melt with tomatoes. Be female burrito was just horrible, didn't really expecting me thing much from it because it was on the value menu. I understand that they were busier than normal but there is no excuse, for this. Especially since I ordered in the app, and it still took 30+ minutes.
We ordered some food to go on Sunday around noon and we had a complex order with some substitutions. The employee taking our order took extra care and double checked everything with us to ensure it came out right. He also confirmed the details of the order with the staff preparing the food to ensure they made everything correct. I know this sounds like it should be BAU at a fast food joint, but it is not these days. Hats off to the employees today, as your dedication and hard work was fantastic!
Understaffed. You currently cant get inside the building as they placed a sign saying it is closed inside so you are forced to use the drive-through. I still recieved my order which still tasted good. Had to wait around 20 mins to get my order, but I didn't recieve the drink I ordered. Overall not a good experience, noticed a lot of other people leave without their order. The current state of this location is quite honestly unacceptable.
We went to this Taco Bell in Galveston on 3/21/2022 and we had to wait for our drive thru. order for 45 min. We received the worst excuse for food I have ever seen. Will not return to this establishment ever again.
When I pulled into the drive thru, there were no cars in line I set at the speaker a few minutes and they informed me there would be a 25-30 minute wait. I honestly thought they were kidding. I pulled through and they said they had cars waiting in the front for their food. I still do not possibly see how that could be possible.
Excellent customer service. We had a huge order we put in the drive though, when we pulled up our drinks were ready, payment was taken, and we had our food in less than a minute! Excellent location.
Wish I could give zero stars. It’s a Wednesday night and I had a mobile order. When I pulled up to the window I’m told it’ll be about a 45 min wait. I’m over here really craving Taco Bell and I already ordered it on my phone so I decide to go ahead and wait. As I’m parked here the parking lot went from 3 customers waiting down to 1(me). People going through the drive through and driving off, probably deciding they don’t want to wait for some half decent tacos. What I’m also seeing is someone trying to go inside but the doors are locked. A little later I went up to the door and asked to use their restroom so they let me in. I then asked why their doors were locked and the lady “working” said they are closed. So I pointed to the sign right next to me that had their store hours which showed they close at midnight. Then she said “the dining area closes at 9” which I point a little lower on the same sign that showed the dining area closes at 10. It was 9:15 when the lady before had tried to go in. Back to my car and I see 2 employees doing what looks like closing duties. The female employee from before mopping the dining area and a male employee taking out some trash. He was also the guy working drive through. He seemed to be actually doing solid work. It was the woman that really made this experience so bad. I’ve been to this location before and I’m pretty sure she is a manager or team lead. It’s so off putting to be waiting so long but see an employee doing a job that doesn’t need to be done yet. Anyone who has worked in the service industry should know that if you’re working on closing duties and a customer needs something, you handle the customer then get back to your closing duties. Mopping a closed dining area when you are obviously either understaffed or really backed up isn’t something that needs to be done when you don’t close for another 3 hours. On the brightside I did get my food at 9:40… 5 minutes earlier than what I was told
Best laxatives money can buy. It even tastes somewhat ok although I wouldn't say it's amazing or anything. I ate some of their laxatives and had my system cleaned out within 30 minutes. It's honestly impressive how effective it was.
The people are nice and the food gets delivered really quickly I very much like this place
They always get my food right and are fast.
