Ok so I love this subway as long as I don’t order sandwiches with bacon!I have had two bad occasions.first time I ordered a sandwich i said I didn’t want it toasted but she failed to even heat the bacon!second occasion was yesterday I ordered a blt and once again raw bacon.with all this bieng said am a former subway manager and I think it’s due to poor training by owners just because someone says they may not want it toasted u still have to cook the bacon lol
Usually get the tuna. Usually wonder what I'm getting. But hey, it's USDA

Rude staff. Wouldn't take the feedback of bringing a salad bowl preparer. Just filled all veggies in bowl without proper mixing and crushing how other subway does. That female person kept repeating like a tape recorder that they don't have any and rude if I wanted to have my Sub. All I had to tell them was to have a proper subway salad maker bowl for future. Would just go to subway 800 ft from that place in future
I've been coming here for years and I've seen y'all go through thick and thin.I ordered 2 spinach and extra tomato sandwiches(the only 2 ingredients that weren't a seasoning or a sauce), and I got 10 slices of tomatoes as a combined total of both sandwiches. Good to know you'd undertop my sandwich that badly on such an inexpensive item that I paid nearly $14 for. I've been a generous tipper for so long and I'll continue to be. Just not at THIS subway. Thanks.
As I was picking up my sandwich a gentleman came up and said he found a fly in his steak sandwich asked to speak to the manager and they gave him kind of a hassle about it but finally they gave him his money back and asked if he wanted another sandwich, he said a no
The food is always good, however the one lady employee was extremely rude and disrespectful toward us.
Great last minute decision...and not feel stuffed.
I went to Subway on 61st street and my sandwiches were made by Samantha. She made the best sandwiches I've ever had. I even took pictures.
We honestly have had so many issues with customer service since we got to Galveston and it has made me wonder if this place is even worth coming back to. But we came to subway this morning fully expecting some more BS but the lady working this morning about 9am on July 18, 2021 was all by herself and you could tell she was still trying to set up since they just opened but there was 4 of us and a couple others behind us and she took our order no problems at all! No attitude or no rushing around like we are a inconvenience to her and she was super sweet at the same time!
