I had to give one star in order to leave a review. I already sent a message to the company but here is one for this store. I order my food, go to pay and ask how do I scan the app to get rewards? The guys literal answer is, "I have no clue how that thing works." Wow, isn't that part of working there, know your product and know your store, how to use things, show customers how to get rewards. I also now see that the quality of this company has gone way down. They used to be really good, fresh, but not anymore. Greatly disappointed that this is how this is now. I will not be back.
Worst subway I have been to was going on a cruise order online the guy messed the whole order up and was rude
I went to this location today and I will never be back. The guy that was making my sandwich was rude af! If you don’t want to do your job don’t work there! Don’t go to this location, this was my second and last time going here. The first time I went I was with my brother and the lady was so rude af that day as well. Do yourself a favor and go to Which wich or another subway! Which wich sandwiches are fresher and customer service is better anyway! Also the veggies they had up there were old and looked old anyway. I politely cancel my order and walked out! Look and listen to the reviews! It’s other subways in the area that’s better than this location for sure! I tried to contact the manager he never answered or responded. Just go to another location!

The employee there was rude and was engaged in a personal conversation about an inappropriate topic with another person in the store as she was making my sandwich. The contents of the sub were spilling everywhere due to her negligence but she couldn't be bothered to fix it. Don't come here the service is terrible.
Disgusting and disappointing. Wanted spinach for a protein bowl and all the spinach in the container was disgusting and the lady making my bowl tried to cover it with her hands so I didn’t see how disgusting it was. Then she put it back when I told her I didn’t want it.
Can't even make a sandwich
Traveling from out of state and wash extremely disappointed. Veggies were all wilted and avocado brown and old looking. Sandwiches were just thrown together. Definitely not eating fresh.
The people working seen us come in but yet took about 5 min to come out to the counter to wait on us. The woman working was very short when speaking to my mom and I. Not polite at all. Will never go back to that subway
Worst service I've ever encountered. I was hungry at around 9PM and ordered two sandwiches online and was subsequently charged. When I showed up at the store to pick them up at 9:25, the doors were locked even though the closing time that day was 10PM. The employee was at least nice enough to poke his head halfway out the door to talk to me, but he knew nothing. Had to keep turning back to consult his manager about my questions. The manager first claimed that they'd already cleaned up and stored the food ingredients, then straight up ignored me by walking back to the kitchen. Another employee then claimed that the register was broken and that's why they didn't receive my order. DO NOT COME HERE
