Worst subway order I ever received. I ordered a tuna salad bowl. My toppings were pickles, banana peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, dressing and green peppers. The picture is what they sent me through door dash. It is a half-full bowl of some of the toppings, no dressing or fork.In addition, we ordered a chicken sandwich. The bread is rock hard and crumbling to dust in my hands. Obviously not "fresh baked today."Absolutely disgusted with Subway right now.
Our family made an online purchase a while back. Once at location to pick up we were informed that the sandwiches could not be made. They were out of almost everything. We were told that a refund would go back to our card. This never happened.Tried to contact manager several times with no luck. We didn’t care if we received food or refund.Never received either.
Rudest sandwich maker I’ve ever experienced.
Did my order online and paid before pickup. In that store they were not able to give me the order, told me I am in wrong place, even when showing that the address I am at was right they denied. Finally after a long discussion I got the sandwich cold and muddy because it was already the whole time ready to pick up. No idea, customer care only had phrases for that. No excuses.
Food was good my go to before appointments on Harborside.
Great food but subway needs a new spoke person
It's good food but some of the service is bad there was a employee who had to be escorted out of the place because she came in drunk and possibly high but there is one employee who is the best he may not understand English very well but he will get your sandwich or whatever you want right the sandwiches are good for the price
Honestly the food here was good as per the subway standard..but I am marking down this specific location due the staff behavior..as one of the old lady staff was being very rude when I asked her to add few thing to my sandwich...and I had to keep repeating my order as she wasn’t paying attention and wanted to just rush off.
The ac had just gone out but my sandwich was wonderful! Thanks guys! Hope you get cool again soon!
The last few times I have taken my family to this store it's been about 8:45-9pm and they close at 10 according to the sign on the door and online. We have walked in with the sign flipped to open and the door unlocked only for them to tell us they are closed. Tonight's visit was the same. We came in around 9:10 pm. We made it to the counter to order and during the middle of our order an older man walks out from the back and tells the lady helping us "last ones" rudely as he walks to the front door and locks it. He goes back into the back room for a few mins and then comes out to rush us with the rest of our orders. While we are making our order 3 different sets of customers show up to come in and dont even get a wave threw the window to say that they have closed. Just left to try and open the door to what seems to be an open store. If this store has change their hours of business it would be nice to at least update your sign and online info. When we arent getting kicked out an hour ahead of closing the inside service is usually friendly and the store is kept clean, with fresh ingredients and delicious sandwiches. Hope to review this store again soon so I can give more stars for better service at night.
