They were closed at 6:30 on Saturday night when they were supposed to be open til 7:00. I guess they are just on island time.
I would share my experience with this subway but the truth i cant because they are never open. The hours say open to 7:00 pm but i have been trying to eat there for weeks and they are alrwady closed by 5:30pm and no one answers the phone ever.Worst yet sometimes they sit in the back with the door unlocked avoiding both customers and phone calls.
Excellent chemistry between the guys working. Made it fun and they know how the make the best sandwiches.
As you would expect from Subway. It smells great. However, they advertised gluten free bread, but didn't have any. Nor did they have bowls to make a salad. Disappointment
When we got there we told the girls 7 subs. They had a good attitude, we where out of there in less then 10 min. For sure we are coming back?. Thanks lady's
The young Man that was there at 6:45 p.m was AMAZING. He made my Dinner order of 3 Footlong Subs and a Chicken & Bacon Salad with limited ingredients. His explanation was understandable.
Very disappointed- this is the sloppiest Subway ever - how can you have chicken and Bacon Ranch - don’t serve Ranch, no Cookies, southwest Chipotle, which all of these are served on the Menu from Subway. Since you’re a franchise get your store right and make your store have the items that’s offered from Subway… this is a seasonal location- don’t forget there are people that come in the off season- soup should be an option during the cold months…
The opening staff were terrible. I came in to get breakfast and there was loud rap music playing across the restaurant, which was fine, what WASN'T fine was how obviously disgruntled the staff were to see us there. One female employee exited the bathroom, walking directly in front of me and managed to completely ignore the fact that I was attempting to greet her. The staff here have been less than professional before but that was the last time I'll ever try to stop here.
It took the two staff 15 minutes to make three sandwiches. I left the line, and opted for pizza. Do better.
We ate at this subway Monday and the two guys that were working were not typical fast food employees. These guys actually acted like they cared. So nice to see a service person smile and treat customers nice! Great job! I hope y’all own your own restaurant someday!
