Management needs training !!!!!!! PERIOD . Employees are trying their best but this lady with the pony tail was so rude and I’m at regular , very smart mouth , you can have a great product but if management isn’t courteous to customers there is potential to lose loyalty . Randall’s is across the street it’s more Starbucks please remember that coming from a manager and ceo her self !
The employee was very nice...however, way too expensive and I didn't think my coffee was all that great. (I just get regular coffee with h&h and sugar free syrup) The only choice for sugar free flavored coffee was vanilla. Not my favorite and I would expect more of an option. The breakfast sandwich was half the size of McDonald's. Think we'll stick with Mickey D.

This place is always packed. Ordered 3 items at 11:11 am on Christmas Eve. 1) chocolate croissant not heated2) banana bread warmed up 3) tall Americano with Almond milk and sugarGot my food items right away and the croissant was warmed up. I got my coffee at 11:34.
The drive thru line was a bit long, but they did fantastic! We were getting 7 drinks and they were ready very fast and they were all correct!
3 times I have placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru. ALL 3 TIMES MY ORDER HAS BEEN WRONG! It's not a complicated order. Caramel machiato w some sort of pastry. Do better people!
The worst starbucks I have ever been to. Took 20 minutes to get a black coffee, and it was from the very bottom. People that work there don't care and horrible.
Normally the girl at the window when you order you get to the window they give you your coffee they are usually very welcoming and thank you and have a great day this girl and here you go hand you the coffee and it's pretty much it
