Back to back days here (because their are no other options) and Lloyd is the most unhappy Starbucks teammate I’ve ever seen. Not to mention, a very understaffed location. Not to mention, he a female co-worker are making jokes on the wait time and how displeased customers are. Did I mention he has his earbuds in and talking on his phone? What a joke!!!
Competition for worst employee of the month happening here? Guy and girl just standing there talking. Didn’t even acknowledge the line of 5 ppl standing in front of them. After 10 min, I asked if they were open because it’s 8am. Guy points to a sign and says, “the hours are right there”. Thought I was on punked, but no one ever came. We just left w/o even getting coffee. What the hell just happened???
This morning I went before work and they aren’t opening till 7am why have the site say 6am and y’all choose when u want to open that’s ridiculous
1 star for service. There was a man and woman working on Dec 27 around 11am. The woman was great, she was taking orders and making them as fast as she could. The man, not so much. I think he replaced the same trash bag 4 times within 45 mins. I know this because we were there 45 mins waiting. The woman was helpful and very apologetic about the wait. Felt bad that she did not receive the proper support from her coworker with a line of about 15 people.
You can get your Covid test for $50 next door at Affinity Urgent Care. Then go next door to Starbucks, relax with your favorite drink and your test results will be ready in about 30 minutes! We went on a cruise!

They make good coffee although the drive thru line is a little slow

Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee, always good. What changes is customer service. Person at the drive-thru window not friendly.
