The only reason this did not get 5 stars is because of an employee. I know it's hard finding good help, but this girl seemed to have a chip on her shoulder no matter how nice and polite we tried??? The food was very good, but before we finished she was taking some items off the tables. Before getting up to leave she started pulling apart two tables we had joined together for a friend and our 2 well behaved grandsons. Won't eat in again, but will order from here. Just rude.
Update: I was contacted by the store manager within 24 hours and he really apologized and appeared sincere. I would try again based on our conversation. And I increased my rating to 3 starts.We arrived 15 minutes before closing (according to the hours on their door, not just Google) and they locked the door and refused to give service. We were looking for food to go, not even to sit in the store. Terrible.
I was hungry and looking for the nearest sandwich place at the time.Although the staff was nice and helpful. The food was a bit blan. The tea was refreshing. The place looked a bit unkept. I wasn't a fan unfortunately.Maybe it could of been what I chose which was the pizza or Italian calzone.
I ordered a sandwich and a pizza. It was supposed to be at my house in 35 minutes.An hour after it was supposed to be at my home the delivery service pulled up. My order was not correct. I had two hungry boys waiting for the pizza and it wasn't there. In it's place was a cold soggy flat bread that was half the size of the pizza. I called and spoke with a man who said he was the shift manager and explained to him my delima.He then refused to take my phone number, and name to give to his manager. The man hung up on me after trying to argue me down on why he didn't notify me that they would be changing my order.Never, never, ever been so unsatisfied with a restaurant. Do not order anything from them to be delivered after 5PM.I will not be ordering from them again, unless after I speak with someone higher up that treats me with the respect of being their valued customer.
Even though they were short handed and extremely busy, the food was very good and the staff were courteous and helpful.
They have other things that are good but I go for the Original sandwich on their sourdough. I have tried the sweet rolls but must say I think you have to know what time of day to buy them.
Food was good as usual. My husband did miss the pumpernickel bread. The staff was extremely helpful with getting everything out to my vehicle.
Ordered a sandwich through DoorDash. The sandwich was supposed to have avocado and of course there was none on it. Soup was cold after 10 minutes for delivery.Food was good and otherwise correct.
It had been a few years, but it was just as I expected. Super fast and super good. The employees made me feel at home.
Haven't eaten here in years, been missing out. So tasty. Those cinnamon rolls, French dip, and jalapeno chicken pizza are on point. Friendly lady behind the counter very helpful and patient while I figured out my order. Though they offer the mini rolls I'll never short change myself again. Go big or go home.
