Drive thru was down which I understood, but when we went inside, they said they’d get to us soon but walked to the back and never came back out. There were other customers already waiting for their food and they looked like they had been there a while and judging by our experience, we figured we would be stuck there for at least 30 minutes so we left without getting anything. I get they’re very likely short staffed, but I haven’t seen a restaurant or any business leave the front unattended for so long.
Sitting in drive thru at 840 pm.... they close at 9.... go to door at 851 and it's locked... they are closed... I expect a business that posts its hours to be open those hours....
This place is very rude and unprofessional. I witnessed the store being horrible to a customer. The manager profiled the customer and called the cops. while being very racist ,with his description and stereotyped a man over a soda cup saying he was stealing because the worker thought his order was a meal but ended up being just the sandwich this could've been handle sooooo much simpler but that manager took his job to.his head and what's not surprising is the customer was a mixed black guy just trying to get a sandwich like any other guy .
Today I went to Schlotzsky’s and had an awesome experience and the food was exceptionally good. I will be coming back more often.
I’m going to be fair and give it a 3, because that Turkey Bacon Club is fantastic.However, the pepperoni flatbread was almost laughable. I wish I took a picture of it. I’m convinced it had to be the kids meal size. The whole flatbread was probably equivalent to a large slice of pizza. And for $10…. I wouldn’t get it again.Service was excellent! Line was slow.
Go to Subway next door instead. Especially during BOGO pizza day at lunch. I'd normally give 3 stars because weve had mistakes before and received free sandwiches and the place is honestly run down. Had to wait today because my pizzas "dropped". Then it was someone went to the emergency room we are short.staffed, etc. I can almost understand all that. When you place an online order and it says 12 minutes I think over 20 minutes isn't too bad. That is, if your order is correct. California Avocado pizza had no avocado. Didnt notice until I got home. No ranch as ordered. Manager disputed my claim we ordered it. Had to remind him of another sauce too. Last time. Lost customer. Never lose your customer service, that's how you keep business. #notzskys

Delicious late supper served by friendly staff. I’ve always loved Schlotzsky’s, and this one did not disappoint.
Don't come here during lunch time 12pm to 1pm. You will be wasting 30 minutes of your break time waiting for your order.p
