Mini vacation with grandchildren
Entertaining and good food. My husband wanted a hamburger but $19.99 is out of the question.
This was our first time here and we loved it. The storms were a little much for our 2yo but he got more comfortable with each storm. Most of us loved our food, my husband ordered a burger and he said it was a good burger but there was nothing special about it. My sister ordered the poke bowl and it was amazing. The drinks were good and strong. The staff sung happy birthday to our children. My daughter has autism and didn't like the candles too much so I stepped a little bit away from the table for her to be away from the flame but still enjoy the singing. I informed the staff of her autism and they were very understanding. One staff in particular took time to try and communicate with her, specifically in a very gentle, kind way. It was much appreciated. We will absolutely eat here again when we come back to Galveston.
This is a great place to take kids as a reward. They love the animals, and the food is good, although a bit high priced. This Rainforest is special, because there is a Rainforest jungle ride! It is a fun end to a good meal. Warning -little kids might be startled by the animal noises and the simulated rain storm.
We had an awesome time the waitress was great along with the food we also celebrated a birthday which was made special will be back in the near future.

Our appetizer came out lukewarm and every menu item was way overpriced. The food was so-so. I wouldn't eat there again.
We LOVE RFC!! Itâs a vacation must! Food was (IMHO) excellent match to the ambiance. We will be back every time we are in Galveston!! ððð
