As much as I enjoyed the pizza, I'm begining to remind myself that Dominos is more affortable, and scratch that, what I am trying to say is, I'm begining to realize that I can cook, and should cook my own meals, affortable, and more valuable to me. It's a skill set that I have, and I'm better off not ordering fast food / pizza ever again.
This is the second time the same delivery driver man handled our pizza. I literally watch him flip the pizza on the side. I opened the box (box dinner) infront of him and he saw the pizza literally on top of itself, he apologized but didn't offer to fix it. There was no seasoning on the cheese bread, and the garlic dip was missing. I attempted to contact the store but no answer. This Pizza Hut is terrible overall. Go anywhere but here... literally anywhere else.
Pizza Hut always makes my pizza the way I exactly ordered it and want it, freshly made ingredients every time
No beef with the employees. Not their decisions. However, I just paid almost $45 for one large pizza and a dozen wings. Wings or pizza no longer come with any sauce. It's a dollar a package to get ranch for my wings and they don't even carry blue cheese anymore. I won't ever be ordering Pizza Hut again, from any location. Gonna find a nice mom and pop place
Straight answers. Your business is advertised here. Correct your listing. Very disappointed with this franchise location. It's a shame that you as a franchise have a location that is 1 misrepresented. I used to enjoy doing business with your restaurant. I don't care for run around that is what I got. If you want to just a carry out or delivery business cool. But Don't advertise that you are a dine in establishment.
My large pan pizza was Great!!! I highly recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone who is in Galveston. Great Customer Service, very clean on the inside.
Well the order showed up fine everything was right the only downside was the pizza tracker. For some reason about 5 minutes after i ordered it changed to out for delivery which wasnt possible, i checked my email it said by 6:20 it would arrive so i went back inside after waiting 15 minutes or so on the porch, very shortly after pizza delivery driver called that he was outside waiting. Driver was great pizza was right only problem was the tracking issue

We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. The sauce was so light on the pizza that we could not taste it. Very disappointing. I thought maybe I had mistakenly asked for no sauce, but my receipt shows that I requested sauce. The bread sticks did not have seasoning. Maybe the recipe has changed. We ordered Cinnabon Rolls and received cinnamon sticks. The meatlovers pizza was good.
I love it ..The guy god bless himHe have no find the size which I ordered, and he give me a big size with same price..Believe me the tested WOOooOwAnd stuff ready to helping you anytime and they have high attitude ..I like those stuff and if there is words more than thanks I will said..
