Omg waiting three hours for one pizza and not to be upset can I get some breadsticks and some wings it’s three hours already they tell me the manager has quit they’re waiting on another one to come there ignoring my calls and hanging up on me I will never ever order from them again again Mind you I ordered before their system went down I have never ever been treated like this a from a restaurant a pizza place anywhere
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!I live right next to the Galveston store and they still take forever...well over an hour and they are always messing up the order somehow...example......last and final time I ordered from the Galveston location the pizza wasn't sliced
Took 15 minutes to order because the guy taking my order was in India and didn’t speak English well at all. 2 stars because it didn’t take long for them to get there. I’ve had my fair share of fast food pizza in my life and this was some real bad Papa Johns.
I spent $40 on food to be delivered and I called the store after an hour and a half with no update only to be hung up on multiple times. Papa John’s PR called me about 30 minutes later and said that they can’t get in contact with the store either and that they’re canceling my order
These 4 folks here have been busting their rear ends to provide food for people and I must say they are doing an excellent job. I ordered online and it said 119-129 minutes for my order to be done. I walked down to the store an hour later, not 2, walked in the door to be told my order is in the oven. Lobby was packed. Standing room only. These fine folks need a raise and some help!!!!
Ordered a large bacon pizza was told 15-20 minutes. I drove there and at about 20 minutes walked in and was told it's just in the oven. I was then told about 8 mins. After 10 mins went back in and was told they ripped my pizza and where making me a new pizza and it would be 8 more minutes. Which at this point my wife has now went in the store and asked for a refund and was told it just went in the over. Highly recommended going to PAPA'S pizza......not papa John's
Awesome staff, friendly and helpful. Best pizza take out experience in years. Pizza was accurate and very good.
I completed my order for delivery at 1:47pm, 3.6 miles away. I was told by the lady that initially took my order, it’d be 45-50 minutes. I called back at 2:27pm just to check the status and learned the pizzas had not even been made yet and that they were down to one driver. No apology at all. I was told she’d have the driver call when she was on her way, which she said would be within 30 minutes. My pizzas arrived at 3:21pm, luke warm. The driver, Laura, was nice and apologized. If you order from them, you might consider asking how many drivers they and working.
