Lobby was closed. Wasn’t even 7:30. Ordered 7 bowls, got 6 bowls in our sacks, figured out what we were missing, finally got last bowl, Hardly any noodles, just veggies. It all tasted good. Husband had to say thank you twice before employee would acknowledge him. This was July 4th, I’m sure they had been busy all day. But that isn’t an excuse.
I don't think its the stores fault, but the chain as a whole has taken a drastic downfall. I can remember when the food was pretty good but the food quality is just terrible at every location I've been to in the last year. Don't think I'll ever be back to a "Panda Depress" anymore
Very clean, great service...hailey is a fast hard working working lady..ill be back
It's a traditional Panda, but this place will do what they can to skimp you on your items. If you are in the drive-through do NOT allow them to just "put it in the same container" because they will undercut what you pay for. There is also a 25% chance they get something in your order wrong, so go here with lowered expectations.
Don’t bother ordering online from this location. You’ll still have to wait 10+ min for your food when you get there. And there’s a good chance they’ll start your order, set it aside, forget it, then give it to you when it’s lukewarm. Also don’t bother coming here after about 7:30 because they just stop making fresh batches of anything so the menu gets super limited.
Arrived there at 8:32 pm and told they were close. What!!!!! Ya close at 9:00 pm. No signs , nothing on WEBSITE that says we close DINING ROOM at 8:30pm. I just don't know what to say except......what will ya do when you lose business because of no signage or people get tired of ya making your own hours. Even Galveston Police Dept. came after me and were surprise that the Dining room was closed.Panda Express.....this is a TOURISM ISLAND......I predict your business will drop because our Tourists like to eat past 8:30 pm. Summer is coming.......and you close at 9:00.Adios!!!!! Panda Express!!!!! Sad!!! I heard Alot about ya.....wanted to give it a try. Oh well.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a Panda Express. First off I was excited to see the newly limited advertised wok shrimp but unfortunately for me they are out. No big deal. I asked for an order of Rangoon’s, they were also out. When I finally receive my order (with an attitude from the employee) I check my bag to see no utensils so I ask for a fork. Can you believe they were also out of forks. Lol. I’ll probably never go back to this location. I’d much rather drive to the one in La Marque. The city should’ve built a canes or chipotle instead of a Panda Express with bad service. Boooooooo big
I got the bigger plate and it’s a shame you have to be in front of someone to make them do right by your food I paid 32 dollars total for my meal at the Stewart blvd location in Galveston and they gave me literally 5 pieces of meat for a portion size when it’s goes in the Al acart box nd u asked if it was okay but u still thought I shouldn’t Get a full portion thanks but no thanks I need a refund and a call cause u apparently have no one there a available at this location to answer phones but don’t go it’s a waste of money time and a scam and you were let even busy next time I’ll follow the line at Popeyes to when I’m here I’m Galveston
We stopped at lunch around 12:45. They were out of most every item. Looked as though there was one chef and he was busy. In fact, all employees seemed busy. We wanted 2 orange chicken entrees & we were told they no longer have it. Take it off the menu then & put a note on the front door. There was a line about 12 deep waiting. When we got our food, there was NO SOY SAUCE! Really?? Not good timing for a lunch crowd.
Good food. Nice staff. Fast service in drive thru.Only downfall is that they promote Venmo but then their software doesn't work when they try to take payment.Has worked at every other Panda Express location that I've visited.
