Went through the drive thru, and I know it's lame to review a McDonald's. So the wait was a little long, but they took my order correct, they weren't rude, the checked it, the food was hot, and everything was correct! This was on a Sunday evening too. Only thing is the meat smelled bad so didn't eat it, and I really hope that maybe it's something else
Ordered a double filet sandwich no tartar sauce on it. It was so dry and plain, half slice of cheese, not even half. No ketchup for my kids foods. Fries cold and very soggy. Definitely won't be back to that mcdonalds again!!! Very unhappy customers!!!
They are one of the better McDonald nalds prompt service most of the time everything's right
The dining room and the restroom was much cleaner and the service was excellent when Catherine worked there. She took the time to remember everyone's name plus she genuinely cared about getting to know the customers & remembered what y'all had talked about. But the other employees now couldn't care less. It's just some job to them ?
Great Experience Fastest I Have Ever Got A McDonald's Order Got 2 Egg McMuffins 1 Hash brown And Sausage Biscuit In 3mins MAYBE EVEN LESS! and I wasn't expecting it to be great as it looks a bit run down but I think the foggy and hazy morning made it look bad as on street view from 11 months ago it looks nice also the lady at the counter was very friendly and nice unfortunately didn't catch her name but shout out to her and the McDonald's team there!
Service is bad. Place is dirty. If you can go to the other locations in the island I would highly recommend. This store is the perfect example of “people don’t want to work” but i guess McDonald’s its what they deserve??
I was upset cause I made a big order of burgers for my kids and my nephew's a order of 16 burgers and they put 12 burgers in one medium size bag and I even asked them if this is all the food and they said yeah I get home and 4 of my burgers was missing. Bad business..
Come thru drive thru to pick an order up. Lady working the night of 3/04/2022 completely has a very rude attitude who also rolls her eyes, since I told her I was DoorDash and not Uber. Late night workers need help with understanding better customer service.
I order the same thing everytime & always ask for no lettuce & everytime guess what comes on my hot & spicy mcchicken...lettuce!!!
I guess I've been spoiled by Chickfila's drive thru speed, efficiency and great customer service. This McDonald's is the opposite of chickfila drive thru. After sitting in the drive-thru for over 30 mins my Order wasn't correct and the fries were cold..
