This place is stupid. They literally gave my order to the wrong person and didn’t even try to apologize about it. The lady was a short African american woman with glasses if I recall. They didn’t charge or check the other persons receipt and just gave my food to them. Never coming back again. I think I’m gonna stick to Wendy’s instead.
I ordered breakfast for my little family. The lady taking the order was rude from the get go. I said I wanted a large iced mocha. She hit the wrong button and then when we tried to tell her that it was wrong she says 'well that's not my job." I think hitting the right button is. I got the wrong thing anyway. A beautiful place but the customer service is horrible.
I place 2 separate orders at this McDonald's (517 Seawall Blvd) in galveston and both orders were to be delivered to the table within the establishment. DID NOT HAPPEN. The manager ADAN would only call out names or order numbers drop your food on the counter and then walk off expecting the intended customer to come find and pick up their order. At 3:30 in the afternoon they didn't even have sweet tea.The establishment needs service and management on down needs better training. So sad so sad.
Not sure who the manager is. But they DEFINITELY NEED TO BE FIRED!!!! Went through drive through at lunch time. Was told exact change or credit card. No big deal. Until employee not only drops the money I handed them. But expected. E the to move my vehicle and retrieve the money they dropped which I did and after receiving. My order and driving away not only was .bag of fries upside down. They were ICE COLD . not what I wanted to take my girlfriend's daughter after her surgery
This McDonald's is the worst! The employees are the rudest I have ever encountered. The gave my food to another customer. And they didnt see a problem with that. The restrooms were disgusting. They didnt have straws, ketchup or sweet tea out. They didnt have hand sanitizer anywhere. I complained to the manager and he didnt care. Worst place EVER!!!!!!!!
Worst McDonald's ever. Out of OJ, out of apple slices. Found out after we paid and all. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Everyone in the place was waiting that long. No organization. Very slow. The guy at the counter was the only friendly person there. Restrooms were disgusting. All tables dirty. Glad we were out of town and don't have to go back.
Not much difference between here and every other McDonald's I ever go to.Prices are too high for sub par food. They don't have the dollar deals for drinks that they usually have at Mcd's. But do have the strawberry cream pie that they've stopped selling at most places where I'm from.The staff seem a bit unenthused.They seem to usually be out of ice cream products at any location I stop at. I wouldn't bother even coming here if not for my adult daughter. :\
We were on a vacation and went to this McDonald’s, I went with our son early on Saturday morning around 6 am and Alex taking our order did a great job. He got our order correct and even said My pleasure once we were done ordering thru the Drive Thru. Kuddos to Alex, wish there were more like him. To the Manager in charge, you need to promote Alex???
Nice clean bathroom near the beach. McDonald's is great because the staff won't give you any trouble if you just use the restroom and leave. The doors were not locked.
