We ordered and our receipt said pick up in approximately 60 min. Wait time is to be expected due to holiday weekend. We came in to pick up after the hour wait and the lady working the register was rude immediately. She said "no, your food isn't ready. It's going to be at least another 20 minutes." That's it. No apology. No explanation. There were at least 10 other customers waiting for their food, it wasn't just us.We waited 30 minutes for our 2 pizzas and garlic bread.Had the service had an ounce of customer service attitude, we'd consider returning. But no, not returning ever.

Food was good but we were told foods will be ready in 15 minutes but it took at least 45 minutes and we only had one person ahead of us. We were charged $4 to substitute tomatoes sauce to Garlic Alfredo. They also dumped the fried calamari on top of the sauces in the box, instead of placed the sauces on the side and melted the lid opened so the sauce spilled. Probably won't go again. Paid $47 for a pizza, wings and fried Calamari.

This is easily some of the best pizza I've had. We have an Italian owned fanily pizza joint that we frequent at home that i used to consider my favorite pizza until i gave these guy's a try. They truly blew my mind, the pizza is cheesy and greasy (in the best way possible) and the crust is so soft yet crisp from point to crust it's almost unbelievable also, the pepperoni are so crisp they melt in your mouth. This pizza was so good we grabbed it twice on our weekend visit.

I do not recommend this place at all.The pizza was very oily. That's unhealthy to put that much oil on a pizza. It tasted strange. The delivery driver was very rude and angry. He banged on my door like he was the police. I didn't even have an extra minute to get to the door before he banged even harder.I was expecting 45 minutes to arrive. He was early by 25 minutes so I wasn't yet expecting him, then he took my receipts not giving me enough time to sign or give him a cash tip. He was so rude he didn't say goodbye he just grabbed the receipts then left dropping his pizza bag. A part of me didn't want to tell him, but I'm just not that type of person. I ordered delivery because I wasn't feeling well to go out too exhausted, and now I'm worried he's going to force my signature and give himself a tip. I hope that's not the case.If you're a manager reading this please make sure the heavy built Caucasia man in maybe his 40s didn't want me to sign. He was so aggressive and angry, I just gave him the receipts, scared he was going to physically harm me. He kept saying, "I need the receipt now. Give me the receipt. I need the receipt." He said it repeatedly while I was holding the pizza and I was going to get the cash to for him, but the level aggression I decided to just give it to him. He's not meant to work customer service.

I placed my delivery order at 7 pm. Their website stated the order would be ready in 45 minutes. I called at 8:35 pm inquiring about my order. I understand that sometimes restaurants get crazy randomly, so I was very polite upon inquisition. The woman that answered the phone was very rude. She cut me off as I was explaining the reason I was calling asking what name the order was under. I told her my name, to which she sighed in a very loud manner into the phone and told me, yeah. When they get back they will pick up your order and bring it to you. She didn't say anything out of line, however the rude manner she used in cutting me off midsentance and how she seemed so inconvenienced that I called were definitely clear enough that now I will no longer order from this restaurant! It was our favorite place but I won't accept being talked to and treated like a problem. Her tone and dismissive manner were very offending and their food is too expensive to be talked to that way. She never stated her name but the call was placed Tuesday May 31st at 8:35 p.m. The delivery man was very nice. The food tasted as though it sat for a long time before arriving. The croutons on the salad were very chewy and the salad was wilted and hot. The spaghetti was delicious as was the fettuccine Alfredo. The bread was all stale and was stale in the meatball parm sandwich. For an order priced over 100 bucks, these things are completely unacceptable.

Ordered a small pepperoni and a small the works, over-all pretty damn good, Pepperoni pizza, good taste, good amount of cheese and meat, good bake on the crust and especially nice to have the sauce and cheese to the edge of the crust, so very little exposed crust, excellent from my point of view. The works pizza, nicely fully loaded toppings, another solid pizza as the pepperoni. Over all very good tasting and would come back here, would also recommend. Very nice staff, and very friendly woman while taking our order! Keep up the good work! Over all pizza score, 8.4/10

Sooo good! They did not have seating, only takeout, so I recommend calling ahead. We had pasta, Caesar salad and cheesy garlic bread! All of it was excellent! Would be my top choice to visit again if back in Galveston!

Nice people. Fortunately, I didn't want pizza as the pizza oven was broken. The subs were great as were the salads. The oven was supposed to be fixed soon.

Called in an order said it was ready, came in and it was not ready and said it was being bagged. 15 minutes later asked on status and was given the we have other orders in front of you" bs - nothing had changed. Food isn't that great either but when your options are limited I guess you have no choice. Never ordering from them again - nothing but bs.

Excellent pizza! We are bummed we don’t live closer and can’t make this our regular pizza place. We got a large two topping with extra cheese. Service was great, pizza was delicious, and ordering online was simple.
