It was my sons birthday which I mentioned on my reservation request and The waiter said nothing about it. I had to mention it to her then she says the only thing he could get was the cinnamon bread pudding and everything else would be a dollar? Food was very mediocre. They charged me an extra dollar because I didnât want bacon in my loaded mash potatoes? She was suppose to bring the dessert menu and never did, I had to remind her and she had somebody else come out later and bring it that rubbed me the wrong way as well. Not a good experience at all. Would not recommend.
Good choice for dining in Galveston on the Seawall. The drinks were fantastic, and all six people at our table enjoyed the food. Service was FABULOUS!

Food was not very good. The crab stuffed shrimp was full of bread stuffing than crab and the pasta dishes were just average and lacked flavor. Definitely not worth the expense.
Overall, aside from the appetizer our food was very bland. I ordered the almond crusted mahi-mahi and was surprised at how little seasoning there was. The fish was good but lacked flavor and was served on a bed of plain unsalted white rice and flavorless wilted spinach. I expected much more out of Landryâs.

Had dinner with my girlfriend now fiancé on a Saturday evening and it was great. Had table reservations for 6:15 and we were seated within moments of walking in even though they were busy, my reservations were promptly honored. The atmosphere was very upbeat and enjoyable and the facility very clean and neatly managed. The food was absolutely excellent! Nothing was lacking flavor or presentation. Not only were the meals delicious they were beautiful. The wine selection was fantastic as well, we had two bottles that were recommended by the waiter and they did not disappoint. Some menu items seemed a tad pricey for what they were, but youâre no doubt paying for the experience too, which was well worth it. Highly Recommend if youâre shooting for a proper & fun dinner with the misses with a nice sunset stroll on the beach afterwards.
Vacation dining at its best! Love Landryâs - it never disappoints! We enjoyed the flounder, redfish and gumbo. All were delicious!
