I got a burger and fry and it was okay. I think the burger was a mix with brisket. It wasn't my favorite burger. Some pieces were seasoned more than others. They gave a good amount of fries though.
great food , the loaded brisket mac n cheese is delicious, the loaded brisket waffle fries are amazing also!!

I got sliced brisket and turkey with dirty dirty rice and cheesy squash. Everything is so delicious. My dog liked the Turkey too.
Delicious!!! Brisket sandwich had great flavor, and the spicy corn was so good. Also had the Island Burger — brisket infused sirloin burger with pineapple, jalapeño and the fixins and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had. Okra was great. We will return on our next Galveston visit!
These guys are doing it right. great food, great portions, and a nice price. not to mention the staff is always friendly and treats you like family. 10/10 would recommend
Ordered the brisket sandwhich and pinto beans,also chicken strips and waffle fries. My sandwhich and beans were cold. Even after I took the sandwhich back inside to be warmed. They just gave me another cold sandwhich. Chicken strips where really greasy breading just fell of. Waffle fries was the best part of the meal. I have to wait to get back to Tx city to warm my food to eat. Not cool..
Had the brisket burger with bacon jam. Brisket queso. A friend had the cheeseburger. Great food and friendly staff. Poured some of the queso on my burger.
I was at KOOPS again today for lunch. I love seeing all the smiling faces in the kitchen. Their food is always very fresh and so good. The amount of food in everything I get at KOOPS is always enough for my lunch and dinner. They give so much food I don't know how they make a profit. You need to go there and take advantage of fresh smoked brisket, like the tacos. They are extraordinary. ?
