This place is sooo dirty and I was there 5 minutes before they closed.I was gonna let my kids eat from hereAnd I had a long drive!!!!!:(
worst experience. the black rude lady behind the bar. they had a child playing the same music over and over.. first it's illegal to bring a child to work. the music was annoying the kids was eating gum off the floor. my wife finally said something. please where is CORPORATE OFFICE! please this is unacceptable. we have visits video.
I come here usually three or four times a week take out but tonight was the first for me I rode up on my bike carrying my little puppy and I've been waiting in line for like a half hour and they kept passing me by pull up to the window and the lady starts screaming hollering at me my face well there's another lady smoking a cigarette on break and she asked me what happened and I tried to tell her and she was really nice about it and everything she had a professionally but that lady who did it her name is Gladys she's a black lady I would say she's I don't know she looks like about like 60 but she probably about 40 maybe I guess well she just went off on me said that I was staring her customers and she refused to let me order she slam the window on my face it turned out to be like just one of the worst experiences I mean a really bad experience that lady she really just turned a very nice weekend and just you know I don't know what her problem was I just hope that that she finds God and but you can't treat people like that I wouldn't treat her like that
Absolutely horrible experience primarily due to customer service. After being told that the spicy chicken sandwich came with both regular mayonnaise and spicy mayonnaise, I requested no regular mayo. My sandwich came out with neither, and asking for the spicy mayo on the side /irritated the drive-through check-out woman so badly that she made a snide comment and slammed the window shut in my face. She insisted that I give her the sandwich back to add it rather than simply giving me a side of spicy mayo--then refused to give me a receipt. If I were the owner of this location, I would have a long talk with this employee about her role in customer service and her legal responsibilities as a person dealing in the exchange of goods and services with the public.
Every time I get a delivery for this KFC now I decline it!!!! Because they have a woman who works the drive thru who will tell you that you need to come inside to get the order…so I park and go wiggle and stand by both locked doors and no one ever comes to let me in…and if I go back thru the drive thru she will tell me the same thing again….very very frustrating….I know it’s hard to find good help but she is costing your company money! At least take her off the drive thru geez!!! The other workers are very nice and helpful…good luck!
We arrived on a Saturday at 8:50 p.m.and while the cashier was taking our order, someone yells at her to lock the door and not let anyone else in. We had a large order and when the cashier called it out, the same person said “uh, another 16 piece”. She was constantly arguing with other crew members to where patrons could here it and made us very uncomfortable. Food was good though!

The most Ghetto KFC in the United States.Still at the counter for 3 or 4 minutes no one even acknowledged me, until I got their attention. One [email protected]+ on the phone, having a full conversation walking around the kitchen. One [email protected]+ just standing there. The third one me was running the drive-thru register. The most Ghetto of them all. Told them that I was there for a mobile order, the two kitchen [email protected]+s, just kept talking on the phone, and standing around looking at me. The third drive-thru person, said and I quote: there it go right there. Where the hell is it going?Fries were cold as ice, chicken was hot and good. This KFC should be on the other side of Broadway.
I gave the star to the middle eastern man you took my order inside because drive thru took over 30 minutes and cashier lady had no customer service experience talked on her phone and her friend in lobby. This location is to be avoided
The fried chicken tasted like it was done over an hour ahead. It was tough from sitting so long. No indoor seating so take out only, so we ordered a bucket of original mixed.
