This was our first time coming to this kfc in Galveston & we were visiting with my grandma that came from out of the country and the service we had was amazing! Cassandra took our order and she made us feel extremely welcomed , she was super sweet and had a smile on her face ! We ordered a family meal and she made sure that our food came out fresh & this by far was the best food that I’ve had from kfc . Our food came out fresh and hot and the fries were soooo delicious . Cassandra even made sure we were okay and we have everything we needed. This was a 10/10 experience.
They close the dining room randomly and only allow you to order or pickup in drive through. Other locations have been open regularly.

My order was completely wrong it looks like if she give me whatever she want it.. The chicken pieces where super small and tasted like card board
I was eating here a few times a week- it’s a clean and well managed location. However they have not opened their dining room now in 2 weeks- first there was a hand written “maintenance” sign and now they have a new sign up saying “drive through only”
