I'm usually not one to leave a review or a comment but that's how horrible this place is, I would definitely NOT recommend. The food had to be the nastiest food I've ever had, burger was nasty, nachos were nasty(cheese tasted like can cheese and clumpy), fried pickles were more like fried grease slices, fries smothered in pretzel salt, paper thin burger patty with thick bread... our waitress, Lisa, oh my gosh. Smh... (do you want anything? What do you want to drink?) I'm sorry can we get a menu first please? No refills on any of our drinks. Our waitress was rude as can be. Oh let me not forget... gratuity/tip was already included in our ticket for a table of five. Yeah, we won't be back, sorry.
Love eating outside in the pier in the sun! Great food and service too!
We dined at this location on 3/21. A rainy afternoon so not all the pier restaurant windows could be open. We did notice that what areas could be open, birds definitely loved trying to get into the plates left on the tables. But that didn't take away from our experience. We had the chicken sandwich - which was very good. The hand cut fries were awesome. We had a great experience, watching the gulf and watching the rain.
The food and the wait staff were great. My daughter had shrimp tacos and I had fried shrimp and blackened fish with fries. The delicious food did not outweigh the thumping club music. It ruined the beach vibe. I cannot relax and enjoy the restaurant and the view with the bass beating in my throat. It was too loud. Friday at 6 PM
Reasonable prices, good food and of course great atmosphere. Staff is friendly and accomodating too!
Was a bit taken back by the cost of the pier. My husband was fishing, I wasn’t. It cost us each $15. She explained all these reasons, but the only one I could remember is access to the bathrooms?!? I don’t know. A cheaper pass for someone not fishing seems more than reasonable. My husband ended up paying $17 for a non resident fishing license for the day plus the $30 for us to be on pier. And it wasn’t even a full 24 hour pass. He paid for it at 2pm and the armband has it good only till 5am. Expensive for what it was.
I was hesitant to try Jimmy's after reading some of the reviews but I'm so glad we stopped. Can't say enough good things about the Jimmy Burger and the Feta Cheese and Beet Salad. They were both great and the homemade onion rings were ah-mazing. Lisa, our waitress, was very sweet and took great care of us. Highly recommend!!!
