Lady didn't refund an order never delivered.I have ordered from this store several time and there were at least a few times I have been sorely disappointed.After this last incident I won't be ordering from them again.There has been a few times where the delivery guy takes around 2 hrs to get to my address because he is the only driver apparently and I live 3 mins away.Why does this store not hire more drivers.In this case I waited over an HR, had to call the store only to be told, "I don't know why the website didn't take off the option for delivery. We don't have any drivers tonight." It was April 15, my birthday by the way.Anyways, I talked to the woman who sounded a bit older and instead of offering me a refund she asked if I wanted to pick it up. I told her not unless she can take off the tip and delivery fee. She said "I cAn AdD a CoOkIe" like that's gonna cover almost $7.I told her no, I want to cancel my order. She said fine and told me she had refunded it.Around an HR or 2 I saw that I had not received the refund and the website did not list the order as cancelled!!! I called back and this woman told me it just takes time.Shes a liar because it's the 1st and it still has not been refunded! >:(I had to call my credit card company to get the charges disputed!I will never eat here again and I hope no one else does at this particular store. Nothing but a liar and thief!
Tried to get a sandwich delivered and they told me that they cut off the street before mine and that they couldn’t pull to the next street to bring me food horrible lol and I’m only 2.9 miles away from they’re location
My husband ordered Turkey and cheese. When we got home the only thing on it was Turkey and a few tomatoes not much of a sandwich at all. A bit upsetting.
Never ever buy a sandwich from either 1 of these places . 128 sandwiches bought from them I moved 10 blocks down the street and they refuse to deliver ...
This was the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Place was empty when we came in, then employee came in the front door. Not sure if the sandwich maker was high or just not paying attention, but she got three of the five sandwiches wrong ( wrong meat, wrong topping). Employees left and walked across the street. We go to Jimmy John's all the time at home and this was such a dissappointment
This Jimmy John's has always been quick, accurate, and delicious for me. What more could you want?
Had the tuna sandwich. Was good. Fast service. Ate inside. The only drawback was that it was very loud. I think it's the design of the building. All the sounds were echoing bad.

Placed an order on-line at 7:40 PM never received my order. Got a call at around 8:20 saying there was a mix up and that it would be made Fresh and sent out. 9:15pm, still no order, they are closed, no call, no food.
Tbh I love jimmy John’s. But I ordered my food an hour ago and it still isn’t here bc they gave it to someone else. I’m hungry. This is dumb.
