This harborside location is convenient for visitors and locals alike and the quick service is what you would expect. The store is kept clean and cool and there are reserved lot spaces for both JJ and Starbucks customers.The roast beef sandwiches are always a good idea, particularly the hunters club
I didn't actually eat there, I used their parking lot, while my wife and daughter got sweets at the candy store, and there was no near by parking.? For that, I give them 5 stars ?

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever seen, waited more than 30 mins for sandwiches and do not see any sense of urgency about long lines and delays. Do not recommend.
First of all, I love Jimmy John's because their sandwiches are far better than any other. I always have a great experience with customer service at the numerous locations I have visited over the years. However, today, September 5, 2021 at the location on Harborside Drive in Galveston, customer service was far inferior to any other sandwich shop I have ever visited. I asked for a towel to wipe a dirty table due to the entire lobby needing attention. Keep in mind, I asked so that I could do it myself. After asking, a young, slightly overweight girl with short blue hair, she approached me and handed me a bottle of cleaner and a napkin saying, "You'll have to do it. I'm off the clock." I told her I wasn't on the clock either.My 24 year old son asked the same girl where the restroom was located and she told him there was a line for the men's room and he would need to wait. She immediately walked into the men's room (because there was no line - at all) and used the facilities.We waited approximately 20 minutes for our food. I'm not sure what happened to the "so fast you'll freak" thing at this particular location. Plus, we were the only group in the lobby.It was just a poor customer service experience for us. Thank goodness the sandwiches were as delicious as they always are. I normally refer friends to JJ's but I am not so sure about doing so in the future if this is how they allow their employees to treat their customers.

Placed an order and 40 minutes later I call to be told don’t know when I will get it and the guy seemed like he really didn’t care. Told him to cancel and guy was still very short about it. I will not be ordering from this location again with the rudeness and non caring customer service!
Even though the place slammed for lunch, service was quick and Mr Carr made my meal totally accurate.
