I would give it a 0 if I could. Chicken sandwich, fries, and drink all at room temperature(ordered the #11). I was the only one in the drive thru at the time.
So pleasant and clean. Customer service excellent.
Sat in line for 10 minutes.... 10.....before they even took our order... And there was only one car in front of us... Zero cars in lot.... Not a single person in the lobby ... Do not recommend
Pretty nasty of a place. The ability to get in and out there is difficult and it only gets worse during the summer. They need to clean the place up or maybe find a new location.
Got in line at 11:50 pm waited in line and once I got to the order window and she said that I couldn't order cause the only thing they was allowing was Doordash or ubereats. The best part is I had to wait in line still cause the people before me had those orders I am assuming so I got to wait in line for no food cause I couldn't get out of line cause it's only one lane. This is horrible service will never order from here again.
Long wait but the food was fresh and the cashier was very nice.
They staff acts as if there is no one to help in a line wrapped around the building have been waiting for close to 20 minutes and not even been spoken to by the drive thru employee Taking orders horrible service. What the owner needs to do is fire everyone because there is no service I have no idea how he makes any money with employees not serving anyone for 15-30 minutes.
Best time to eat here is Monday-Friday 8am - 2pm. The morning crew is the best. Any other time you will not be happy.
It's Jack in the box, this place feels clean I didn't go into the restrooms food was Jack in the box quality. If you're a Jack in The box fan you're going to love this one me I'm not..
