I do not recommend this place. My family and I were headed to SeaWolf Park and stopped here for tacos and curly fries. The food was so horrible it didn't seem done it wasn't hot and apparently they were bad including the fries!!! My 1 year old and 6 year old woke up with upset stomachs both are throwing up and I know it was this place because it was the last thing we all ate. My poor babies are just feeling terrible because they decided to give us bad food! I recommend going else!

Food quality can be hit or miss. The mobile ordering was disabled which prevents you from getting the app special pricing. The store was empty with no business and plenty of employees. I asked the manager why the mobile ordering for this location was disabled. She quickly went to the back room and turned it on. Not cool. It should never be disabled unless your store is closed.
Not 24hrs. Second time I’ve tried this location; second time I’ve called. Do not listen to Google. Waste of time. “Pick up only” but no one there. Joke.
The guy Angel that was working drive through was great very polite and professional.... We were a little disappointed about no dine in but understood....
I came to jack n the box on Broadway at 11:16 pm and I was told that their were only doing door dash and Uber eats orders because they were short of staff This is very ridiculous and out of line when the location be close most of the time anyway i really recommend nobody go here you all might as well close down for good and do us a favor and open a restaurant that will be open for business on the regular hours !!!!
Very poor customer service. Ordered a pickup thru Doordash and got a confirmation so I showed up. A lady kept saying the order did not come through and that they're short handed. I understand things like that happens so I asked if I could order right there as there were no other customers waiting there. She basically repeated the same thing so I gave up and canceled the order altogether. Terrible system and communication. They need to work on it with doordash
Decent on days when they aren't crowded. Dining area is closed so it seems like drive-thru only so any long line means at least a 20-minute wait.
I bought the food in Galveston. The Terriachi bowl stayed hot until I got to Houston. It was good. Good service too.
A little slow in the drive through but food was good and staff was polite.
