This is unfortunately a bad review but people eho vidit the island should know. This Jack in the Box is not only extremely slow even if yiur the only customer for an hour.... but the staff is very rude and highly uneducated in customer service and business in general. Many staff argue, fight, get angry right there in the drive thru. You can also never underdtand anyone there because of the very poor articulation and language.
This place might as well be called a trap house disguised as a Jack In The Box. We travel out here multiple times a year and it gets worse every year. We don't eat here after our first experience. Just driving by...the things you see. When we ate here a few years ago there were a man and a woman working the drive thru, who appeared as a couple. High as a kite on meth or crack who knows but it was bad. There are always homeless people hanging out, making out this time and obvious shady characters.The homeless couple making out...she was straddling him right next to the doorway.The lady who sleeps next door. I would fear for anyone's life here. I can't believe corporate hasn't addressed these issues.

We were pleasantly surprised that the ultimate cheese burgers we ordered tasted very good! Prices are also reasonable. The staff are friendly but none of them actually wore their masks properly. The restaurant was clean too. I ordered online and pick up my order at the counter but they only started preparing while I was trying to collect. Overall I’ll try other burgers next time!
Excellent food! I have ate at many Jack in the Box restaurants. Never had a bad meal. All the food they make is good!
The first time I went I was not happy with my spicy chicken sandwich. I usually don't go back to places. But I gave them a second try. I ordered the chicken strip. They were hot and fresh. I don't mind waiting when I hear my chicken still sizzling.
Very friendly at drive thru window .Except this time my order was wrong but I had already gone to far to turn back. I will still go back but check my order next time before I leave.
They were friendly and working hard despite being understaffed. They seemed to all get along. Customer service did not suffer the day that I went.
We drove 6 hours to our Airbnb and decided to come here for dinner since it was near by and we have never had Jack in the box.They completely messed up our entire order with wrong sandwiches and forgot my entire meal. I had to go back which was annoying but, the food was good.
Made an impromptu stop for a snack and enjoyed the food sitting in the car under a shade tree in the lot. Moment of peace and quiet with a good burger, much needed
