For a slow night you would figure it would be no problem to get dinner, unfortunately that was not the case once we got to our table about 3 servers didn’t acknowledge us didn’t take our drink orders, the host asked 3 times if anyone came and took our orders no one would show. 10 min later we got someone to take our drink orders 10 min later she shows up with our drinks then she proceeded to take our food orders, 45 minutes later the food starts to show up, 10 min later My wife and I get our orders and the food was cold. My wife politely asked for the manager and she came at the table my wife proceeded to tell her that the food we order was cold and she said directly to my wife “what do you want me to about.” She said she was the only one cooking last night so that goes to show that there’s a problem in the back. We didn’t ask for nothing free they went ahead gave our food for free but we didn’t take it we just want them to know that the service was not at par.

Pésimo servicio comida fría la mesera muy mal servicio ????no lo recomiendo 000

We took my son here for his first hooters visit. First and foremost they barely had anything on the menu. So I ordered a drink in hopes that it would make up for it. It did NOT! I had to send it back because it was horrible. There were some things going on here that were less than professional that I won’t mention for the sake of getting those employees in trouble. But the thing I’m most disappointed in are the female staff! They were horrible in appearance in an establishment that is know for their appearance! They were terrible! And this was a holiday time. This is when you put your best foot forward! New Years Day! My son was disappointed because by no means did they live up to the hype! Not even a little bit! If you are going here for eye candy don’t waste your time! Skip it and go to the beach! It’s right there and that’s free! And whatever you are going here to eat be ready to order something else because they probably won’t have it. And if you enjoy a good drink this isnt the place. It will just make you mad!

I really wanted to go out to eat for Mother’s Day and the other restraints had a long wait so we choose Hooters because we could get seated right away. I now understand why. It took a hour to get our food and the service in general just was subpar. I asked for hot water and she looked at me crazy and never even brought me normal water. She told us the kitchen was backed up but there was hardly anyone there. The only place that service seemed to be good was the bar. I also saw the manager laughing and playing with the waitress which is fine but not when people are waiting for food for a hour. I will never go back.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN GET SERVICE THERE.

What a terrible experience. Started out where we could here the music in the kitchen over the music in the restaurant. Waiter was super cute but should not be serving tables. Had to go get my own beer from the bar. Tots took 35 minutes and the queso had obviously been sitting there for quite some time. They gave our tots to a table next to us “on the house” when we had paid for the tots that came 20 minutes later… the Buffalo tacos had no sauce on them. Waiter said they were “slammed” when there was about three other tables and a couple ppl at the bar. I will never ever come back. Tried to give them a few chances… never again. Give me some Buffalo Wild Wings on the island please.

Well the staff did very well considering there was only 1 waitress. The building is pretty nice on the inside, though it does feel like it used to be a Circuit City or some other big box electronic store. The location is not...idyllic. It's on the bay side of the island at the busiest street. The water view is not pleasant. The food was okay, but not as awesome as most Hooters. It attempts to feel like a Hooters with an excellent wood floor and ceiling, but the ambiance is not quite there.

Nothing's changed from my last review of a Hooter's. Only difference now is for a drink, 10 wings and a reasonable tip, you're looking at $25 to $30. True story. That might explain why there were so few people there during the lunch hour. Place was clean, and the service was friendly. I'll go back again in a few years.

The last review posted was 6 months ago. So, my post hopefully shows to give this Hooters another try. We went last night and were pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive. Our beer was ice cold. I ordered the bone in hot wings. They were tasty. The only thing that wasn’t good was my husband’s wings. He tried the roasted and dry rub wings and he said they were very salty. Overall, we would definitely return again.

Great place great bartender Maritza is awesome
