So, we ordered and then the wait started. It was comical. The main operation lead was aloof and the entire team took her lead. We watched as others who ordered after us received their order. Finally, walked up to the counter and pointed out our completed order. Of course, our order was ready, after a 50 minute wait. If course, they’ll probably reply to this post to say there was a power outage, before we arrived; not really sure what that had to do with our order. Bottom line, go somewhere else!!
When we ordered we were told it would be 20 minutes. 20 minutes later we went in to pick it up. We were told it would still be another 30 minutes. The explanation as to why they didn't tell us that the 1st time was that a large order came in as an emergency. What kind of pizza emergency could there possibly be? Furthermore why would you start that order before ours that came in 1st?
Had our first meal here in Galveston. Fresh and full of flavors. 4 stars because they didn't have salt available with them and red chili flakes were $2 extra. What??? our DFW Domino's give them with pizza. What shame!When i mentioned this to the store manager, he said Domino's is like that with no standard policies. They charge everything from customers and pay less to employees. ???? As if i care !
Very customer friendly dominos in the town of Galveston. We are vegetarian and they were able to accommodate my special needs. Place is neat and clean, also the staff is proactive and very customer friendly.
Friendly staff and great pizzas! We also have Dominos a lot during our staff meetings at work and they do an awesome job on Galveston Vet Clinic's large orders too!
This place is ridiculous. We went there for dine in and after we got our food, they said that they have no spoons, forks, knives or even napkins. How are we supposed to eat? We Had to go to Office Depot and buy cutlery.
I Was excited to go in store to dine at Domino's pizza. I expected them to be to busy really for dine in customer orders but and relied on the place to be empty. With it all to myself and a guest I brought with me. I was soon surprised to see people file in and sit down. There was one young woman and one young man working behind the counter. They managed to get all the orders out fast and correctly done. Including my very complex order. It was delicious. I love their lava cakes. I'm a chocolate fiend. Anyway.... They are good for take out and pick up orders as well. They had room for my walker. And they're not wheelchair accessible. However the people bend over backwards to make you happy. So call ahead. It's a great place to hide away and just feast. They have lots of money saving special offers. To be sure you will like what they cook up.
Great Customer Service, Perfection on my order. The only problem I have is when I walked in to pick up my order not one employee had on a mask or gloves so unsanitary and with all thats going on today we all should stay safe and sanitary. I really think Domino's should rethink their policy and have their employees to wear gloves and masks to help keep their employees as well as their customers safe.
Took so long, even after it said it is complete. Ordered were all all-over, and waited so long and the order is not correct. We got a meat pizza for a veggie pizza order. Other pizza was completely wrong. No fork for pasta. Complete messup. More than half was not wearing the mask properly. Horrible experience. Domino's did not feel like Dominos.
If I can leave a zero star review I would!!! Avoid this place like it’s the plague!!!! Order from any other pizza place and don’t waste your time and money on this dump!!! Their app is useless I ordered trough the app when I went to pick up my pizza another person was ordering there in person and got the pizza before I did.
